hey guys, need some help, i drive a r33 gtst series 2 and i just got my car back from having a few things done to it, front and rear breaks were machined and pads changed, had the driving belts changed, had the rocker cover gaskets changed and had an engine clean (basically a leak down i guess), coolant flush and now i have some major issues!!! the car idels between 500rpm and 1100rpm the turbo is overboosting (its set at 9psi and highest its goin is like 20.1psi) the car absolutley reaks of fuel and seems to be running very rich. the car has was tuned with power fc and electronic boost controller ect so there shouldnt be anything like this happening right?? i have talked to a couple of friends and 1 has said the head may be blown as the boost gauge is going from -7 to -5 and 0. i really dont know whats going on as the car was running perfectly fine before it went to this workshop. im thinking maybe someone has wound up the boost to 17.1 as that was the max when i got into it had been clocked at and the car has now sh*t itself!!! any help would be muchly appreciated. cheers

hey guys had my r33 serviced not too long ago and its due to be done again, theres a few things that need to be done-- driver belts cracking coolant flush power steering pump leaking, replace? rocker cover gaskets leaking -option aparently no needed to be done straight away--- gearbox mount has minor cracking front bumper rubbing on intercooler pipe so my questions is any of this a major problem and how much roughly am i looking at having to spend? i would prefer to get all this fixed as im looking to sell as soon as its all ship shape. cheers for any help

simple drive it back from NSW, that way ull get to know ur car better how it handles ect

hey guys well iv decided to go overseas and im going in 6 weeks so i need to sell my R33. its white with 18'' rims 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear (rear will have new tyres something like 285-295/35/r18 the car was tuned at boostworx and has 194kw atrw possibly more now with updated coils car has the following mods- -full 3' stainless exhaust up to the dump pipe which is still stock -intercooler think its like 600x400x200 something like that -apexi power fc -hks evc electronic boost controller (runs on 8psi all day every day but can go up to 14psi from the tunning) -splitfire coilpacks -apexi front sway bar -pod filter (apexi power getter) cas is pretty much a sleeper that has NEVER been defected because its not loud and because i dont drive like a dickhead trying to drift everwhere like i see everyday. to help this sell im gonna thow in all the following - full bodykit (trust stylie front bar, bn rear and side skirts and 1 of those little lip spoilers not sure what there called) but all is unpainted - stock exhaust - stock computer - HKS super suquential blow off valve - stock air box - racing bucket seats red car was imported through iron chef imports round 3 years ago now and the car had 59,000 on the clock and now has a lil over 73,000, the car is white and everything on the car works. car was servicced when it was imported as they all are and was recently serviced at graham west workshop on marion rd, the car need new brake pads on the front and the rear tyres need to be changed pretty much everything else was fine on the car. car has a bit of paint missing from the rear bar and a small scratch from a dickhead in a ford territory on the front bar car is a 1997 series 2 gtst r33, any other information will be given at request aswell as extra photos ect.. really need to sell this please help me out if u now some1 who wants one or even if u do contact me 0401475561 looking for 14-16 grand thanks

can someone pleaese help me i need my car to have the tune finished but its impossible with out the boost controller and i dnt want to buy a new 1 please help

hey all, purchased this product from nengun but it came with a japanese manul, my tuner isnt japanese and cant read the stuff. already looked on hks usa and can only find english for 1,2,3 and 4 but not number 5. anyone with any information could you please pm me asap thanks heaps

i bought 1 for my 33 and only prob had was the installation mark from et said has shit piping

wats the difference from having a stretched tyre to a normal 1 that fits???

hey man iv got a similar prob except myns on both sides and does it with the slightest of steering wheel movement, almost sounds like somethngs come loose and is going places it shouldnt! gettn it checed out real soon

myn came with a gtr rear diff, series 2 gtst, has A-LSD on the spedo so must b able to fit!!

hey guys, going to be upgrading the brakes and thought id keep the standard r33 gts-t calipers put some better brake pads on and go for a bigger rotor. so my question is what type of rotor to use and whats the biggest size i can use with 18inch rims and the 4pot caliper? cheers

got a bit of a problem, im after 300+rwkw i will have all forged internals ect but need a lowmount turbo that will produce this power. any sudgestions? cheers
