Does anyone know what the stock compression ratio on a RB25DET S1?? Need to know to decide on head gasket, I want to up the compression on it for response (forged internals).

It has to be machined and fitted to RB25s when the crank is out for balancing if the engine is being rebuilt.

I have an extra person coming with in my car.

I second that. I lived in Nowra before moving to Canberra and we got pushed off the side of the road because a truck hogged the road turning a corner (and lancers are hard to get in reverse). The only thing that saved us from falling 50m was the chicken wire type fence on the side. Yeh lots of people die on that road. I might come for the ride in the 31 since the datto is getting rebuilt (with forged internals, woohoo!!)

Hey mate, as long as the person welding knows what they are doing it would just have to pass engineering. On the other hand, if you can modify your stock rails to fit, then it would either not need to pass engineering or pass engineering easy as. John Wilson did my engineering for my car, so he is the man to look up and ask. These seats are the bargain of a life time, I just need the money and garage space. The scratches could be gone over with a spray can.

Hey guys and gals, I would rather get rid of these seats in Canberra. Have 2 x Autotecnica black and grey seats, with shoulder harness gaps. Both seats have small scratching from installation attempt, however seats work fine and could be fixed with a small amount of silver paint. Never been fitted to a vehicle. PM with your mobile number to receive pics or inspect at my place. Retail for approx $450 per seat, Im selling for $350 for a pair. I can deliver in Canberra or surrounding areas, but pick up for interstate.

They were all Autometer silver pro series. 1 X oil press, oil temp, water temp, a gizmo shift light, JVC cd player and a laptop. Also a Kawasaki KLX250R went missing from there not long ago too, possibly seen in Duffy somewhere. Cheers
