  1. Quick question, what engine is it for? Im assuming RB25 due to your profile photo, will it fit series 1 engines too?
  2. Does anyone know what diameter pod filter to use, ie. intake diameter? Just so I know which K&N to get.

  6. Hey guys, just spent the better part of an hour searching the site for some decent pics of the rear end of an R33. This seems like the next step, so has anyone got any decent pics of the diff with half shafts to hubs? I havent got access to any and I am looking at doing some custom stuff on my Datto. Cheers Scott
  7. Seriously guys the plenum is an awsome deal. I did this for my datto recently and the performance and response difference is awsome except I paid $850 fitted cos it needed to face a different direction. Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in there cos its worth what hes asking. If I had my time again
  8. Are you sure all of the longnose spline counts were 29? cos from what I have been told and about to find out next week, is that the 260Z count was 27. I bloody hope its 29 though, will save a lot of money.

  10. Does anyone know what the spline count for the stub axles off R33 S1 GTST. And also if anyone knew the diameter of the stub axle shaft would be awsome. Cheers Scott
  11. The later 260s have the longnose R200 as do all the 2+2s. Here is a pic to help: The left is R200, right R180 and the easiest way to tell is the direction of the mostache bar.

  13. it didnt have a diff in it when i bought it just the axles because it was a non-turbo automatic shell. thanks for the info anyway
  14. i need to know if the R33 VLSD will bolt up to R32 GTS-t non-turbo axles. tailshaft is not an issue as an engine conversion has been done and we need to custom make one anyway.
  15. I was pulled over in Canberra for accelerating to get to a filter lane infront of another car, i never sped nor did i chirp the tyres. When i pulled over he asked for my licence, this is where it is good for me, but still wrong, he noticed im in the army and stopped talking down to me and just talked to me. He let me off and warned me to get my exhaust checked cos it might be too loud and 'you wouldn't wanna get a defect'. The point of the story, double standards. If i was another cop and he thought i had broken the law then realised i was another cop, then he woulda let me off. No one is above the law not even cops and abuse of power in any force is never tollerated. Make a formal complaint if you are ill treated, but make it after the incident and try and get a hold of a higher rank. Just be polite during the incident then the cop wont have a leg to stand on. Sorry about the long wind.
  16. Would they have the same effect as wrapping the manifold? or in other words would it add performance but shorten the life of the metal due to higher heat levels?

  20. Nah the car is towing an SR32 drift car for drift, but the diff is on its way out. im asking this for a mate. So the Borg Warner? I will see if I can get a replacement. Cheers for your help.
