Ok guys im after sum input/experiences/options/ideas a few months ago i got hit on the side of my R32, slow hit where the other driver changed lanes and bang got me.... well she admitted to being at fault and so on, my work colleague was in the car with me at the time.... Now that its gone through insurance and so on, she now claims that i changed lanes into her, no police where called onto the scene as it was small damage and no one was hurt, plus i was on a lunch break from work. Now my isurance company (Famous insurance) claim that my colleague in the car with me can not be used as a witness, and that i might have to pay my excess because things like this its had to know whos at fault, blah blah blah which is BS i think........ Wat leg do i have to stand on ???? Im going to get a stat dec writen up by my mate for him to sign and also signed by a JP would this be enough ??? As i do not want to pay the excess and have a claim on my record for an accident i was not at fault for.... Im shitty at this other driver as she claimed its her fault and now switching the story around, f*kn BITCH !!! anyone been in the same situatuon before ???? wat other steps can i take to get this in my favour ???? Would it be tooo late to goto the cops and get a statement down with my work colleague as witness ???? Thanks guys......

damnnn that sucs big timeee looks like im not planning a cruise to newie on a weekend anytime soon... we get picked on because cops love making money, its a business, there a gang them selves they just have authority to do it with out being called criminals..... bwahahaa sum real funny reasons for being defected what shits me most is that u see a old bomb like a old datsun or L300 van with smoke pissing out the back, yet the cops dont pull him/her ova for a defect, theyd rather get a nicely done, perfect condition skyline with no problems at all.....

I would give Jim Berry a call first that guy is a legend.... A bit pricey but well worth it..... Im receiving my full monty this week including chrome molly flywheel all for $1800 was $2,100 but got he thought it was too expensive so he dropped the price and by the sounds of his clutches well worth the money

unlucky dude at least u got his details i got rear ended on the left rear qrt panel and the punk drove off culdnt get his plate as it was 3am in the morning.... hope the insurance guys help u out heaps mate the cops are useless i gave a full report and they didnt even do crap....long story lol hope it goes well dude, unlucky but i know wat u mean, how the hell cant u see sumone stopped at the lights beats me.......useless drivers. okkkk i only live 5min from there, even though my car isnt the best body looking i will be there my only concern is..... This is in granville.....hhmmmmmm hope its safe lol also would there be many cops waiting for defects ??? as im sure there wuld be...... none the less i will be there hopefully the new clutch and rotors are on by then..........and maybe fix sum body work reckon we culd swing sum free happy meals hehehe

lolll yeh sydney sucs for driving especially driving skylines around from the hoon up ur a$$ to the hoon on the side egging u on to "give it bro" lol but taxis, buses, 4wd are by far the worste evaaa especially those 4wd mothers taking the kids to school or shops or the weekend outing... like i put my life on it they have never taken the thing off road in their life, ohh sorry except the time they ran the gutter trying to park.........

Heyy guys Im looking at getting sum new brake rotors for the front of my R32 GTS-T Type M Now i have been interested in the Project Mu rotors or the RDA ones Used for street, and maybe track days (but nothing to crazy) few up hill climbs The ones im looking at are the below Project Mu SCR or SCR -Pro & RDA Grooved and dimpled rotors Does anyone use the project Mu rotors or has used them ???? as i have heard they are good but thats just from peoples mouths and the net talk but no one who has a pair and has tested them out.... and how would u compare it to the RDA grooved and dimpled rotors ??? Any info would be good guys
