  3. as long as i dont have to make any decisions ill be there and im happy to promote it lol
  4. yeah and then some twit parks in the lane to tell you all you went the complete wrong way lol VERY VERY fun meeting everyone. same time next week?
  5. bunnings is AT the crossroads! Its the biggest thing there you can see it from any way you come from.
  6. my house? i have one shade sail haha
  7. i didnt know there were skylines in japan cant wait to have you back here dave! it sucks not having people to play cars with. pull your finger out rob haha
  8. it shouldnt really move around that much though? i dont even have the bracket above the cat its held only by the front pipe and the rubbers and it sits tight. when you removed the old one, did you remove the bolts or just pull the hangers out of the rubber? it may be that you put a bolt on the wrong side somewhere. my advice; see if you can just bend the hangers with a big shifter (no need to remove exhaust) so that it sits a bit better, but trust exhaust on my 33 was perfect
  9. hey dave dont peddle your goods without giving me a looksee first lol. Come to my place and ill give you a ride out. im still driving the thing, not entirely sure its busted yet ,still feels smooth so i dont think its damaged the motor itself, and i have pulled all the crap out, so i only worry about it detonating for airflow-mismatch reasons, which it shouldnt do as timing is backed off slightly and it only gets putted around. bolted the exhaust up properly today. much quieter
  10. just spotted a few skylines i didint know around ctown, 2 r32a, a silver 33 and a bright blue one kitted up a bit they better come to our meet i mean i waved ffs. i dont get out in the lne very much so you should feel special lol
  11. the one thats marked "no airflow, put a csrew in the end anyway just to be sure. i think youve wound it out too far, the ball has fallen into the other bit, unscrew it and try again
  12. should i take him for a drive or what> i got running in to do
  13. when the only reason you drive it is to test the tinkering you just did
  14. You Know You Own A Skyline When: you've spent more on mods than you've driven in km
  15. might help if we said crossroads not casula but whatever
  16. you can put to nuts on, so they bind together, and then wind them out
  17. there are a few options if you cant remove it. 1. hit it with a hammer, it may just be completely wedged in there. mine was.. if you can spin it the same as you would to adjust the belt tension, give it a good whack with a rubber mallet or wood and see what happens 2. you missed the bolt on the back of the top rotating axis thing, or one of the ones underneath. there were 4 on my r33. 3. just take the whole support bracket off the block if you can get to it, there asre four large bolts i do not recomend cracking the gas at home. there is a HELLUVA LOT more than you think it is and it will make you sick as it is not good to breathe in the chlorine. i assumede when mine was dgassed by the importer it would have no gas in it... turns out all i ever needed to get it working in the last 3 years was to buy a belt
  18. good cause your doing it soon lol i'm still happy. pm me any ideas eg how to get foolproof actuator shut action, remembering half my boost signal and vacum lines are made up of what i think works
  19. yea oprtos sounds good, kfc is there where bunnings is too. btw i cant find any boost.. perhaps ive dropped a turbo. anyway i wont be in for anything serious like back when we were young and stupid. it will be trundle hi trundle eat trundle home but and yet also... house might be empty so we could come back and play pool
  20. thats great adam. kinda gross but good news nice intercooler. whoever supervised the install must be a genius michael is interested but needs to know when to get the day off. im working monday daytime myself
  21. bunnings is good, thats where i live lol phil has sold his line off, he is in the wrong job for attracting the wrong sort of attention lol. i might get him a lift out to say hi tho. dave is in japan with richard.. and his car is smashed lol i will give michael a ring. so thats a fair few people anyway. let me know a date and i can get a few more. ive had a requst for a sunday?
  22. where do you live? someone can probably help you out quite quickly.
  23. so what did you guys do? i was going to come out but was worried about popo
  24. i have seen adaptor plates, you are better off making some of them. you especially want to keep rb26 throttles, they are the only reason i would get a 26 plenum and go to all that effort. you could also cut the flange off and put a rb20 one on. the inlet does not get as hot as the exhaust mani obviously but i would suggest you still need quiite a good welding hand
