  1. I have a Nismo mech diff in my car and I have no problems with it at all. It is only really noisey for about the first few mins but after that it is fine, even in the tight Mandurah forum carparks. Tire wear isn't a problem either' I have had the same tires for 20 months with the same tread on the front and the rear. cheers Jon
  2. just wondering how long it takes to recieve my stuff?
  3. My car has more punch and grunt with it in the after position. Hasnt series 1 skylines have a boost cut at 10psi?
  4. have any of you guys had a problem with stalling and the engine cutting out in all sorts of driving conditions, not just at low rpm? This is the problem that I had. I say had because I think that I might have fixed it. I cleaned all of the electrical plugs in the engine bay, cleaned the air filter had the voltage tested on the battery, altenator and fuel pump, leads and spark plugs were all good and gapped and firing fine. My mechanic even used my car as a daily driver for about 3 weeks, but Murpheys law would tell you that nothing happened when he had it. For about 8 months nothing happened, no stalling, power cuts or jerking and about 3 weeks ago it all came back with a vengence. Every time I drove my car it would stall and have huge power cuts when drivingat speeds of 30km/h to 110km/h. Then I remembered something that the guy that installed my alarm and turbo timer told me, that my computer wiring had been hacked in Japan. Not all of it only a few wires. I thougt to myself it cant hurt to take a look..... And there it was 2 wires joined together with no tape around them. Alittle test started the car and touched the wires together and the car stopped. Start her up again the same thing. So I soldered the wires up and taped them up and not a single problem for about 2 weeks. It might be related to your problems so I thought it was worth the mention:) cheers Jon
  5. I thought the V8 version was for the American Market and possibly the Australian market. But there was still going to be a twin turbo? Rezz........
  6. When we changed the plumbing the turbo doesnt spool up as much, the car seems to have more grunt and the power comes on much harder and smoother. No I dont have a boost gauge because I thought that I was running stock boost soI didnt feel the need for one. Silly me:)
  7. complianced and registered and I assume that compliancing is the same I have got 2 pics but I dont know how to get them up
  8. Went over to my cousins house the othe night for a few drinks and we ended up looking in my engin bay. He noticed that the boost controller was plumbed back on itself. Was my car overboosting, and if so wouldnt the turbo have shit itself from 18 months of overboosting Cheers Jon ps can someone tell me how to put photos in I have taken 2 to show what is going on
