i dont have abs hence the locking of brakes.

well i was doing EDITED and when it came time to slow down i didnt slam my foot down but i had to brake pretty hard cause there was a car close. they didnt lock but they made a weird sound like grinding and then i stopped. but when the old bat almost took me out and i slammed them on they locked up...andthat was doing about 70kms and slamming brakes on... i havent looked yet because i keep forgetting ...

see now my car did something like that earlier when i was driving down the hwy a tad fast... but thats another story... and had to brake... hrm i think i may check this out sooner than home... thanks for the info and the pics it helps heaps :P

cool thanks guys... i wasnt relying on it and there was no way to turn because there was a huge island with a sign that i almost missed to so natural instinct slam into second and slam brakes... ill look tonight when i get home... but thanks

now i was under the impression and was told that i had abs... after a certain incident saturday ngiht when someone decided they wanted to turn fromthe left lane right and almost took the entire front of my car off my brakes locked up sending smoke everywhere... and then she didnt stop for ages but... do the s1 r33 95's have abs?? if so what the hell happend... now i have a flat spot on my front tyres and im not happy!!

i thought they had made that style wing completely illegal... unless your a F1 racer you dont need it dont like the look of them personally. just take it off and dont look back!

but if (not that i want it to happen) you crash doesnt it go against your dads name to? i was lead to believe that if you put them down as first driver they still get stung for it... not to mention not everyone can have their parents down like that because too many insurance policies already...

do they cover people under 21 with import and turbo but clean driving hist? that was my biggest thing my age car and import. same when i got my loan. the first one took 7 working days to say no but if you want to buy a holden yeah we will give you as much money as ya want...

the thing though is shannons and hbf and 90% of places wont give you insurance for a turbo import under the age of 20 or most cases 25. so for us younging who are 17 18 19 we get screwed over most ofthe time. but im happy with 1785 a year for now. im 20 in nov so maybe then it will drop. all i know is dont go to sgio so so expensive!

ah k... mines only valued at 13k... i want mine cheaper! lol everything is taken into account. age sex car mods drivers history other listed drivers. i believe it goe on a points scale or soemthing so many point per thing and so many taken off for diffrent things and then you get a score and then your charged to that... (so my boss tells me)

yes. everything does because you become a high risk customer everytime something happens... if i put my boy on there as a secondary driver it doubled because he has written off two cars... so i didnt put him on or let him drive my car lol

ok im 19 no prev crashes etc and i got charged $1785 for a 95 gtst at 13k market val. no mods other than exhaust listed. thas full comp. other wise third part f&t was $486. how old are ya missy? that could have alot to do with it. i know that i got it cheaper cause im a chick. my xs is $1150.
