  1. nah you need those drag rims for the strip! 15's with alot of width
  2. i don't know but i have seen n/a cars that go! e.g. k20 in a eg and the dude pulled 12.8 on the quarter. in america there are single cam 4 banger n/a ripping up 9's! so go figure
  3. i though stroke and displacement is more torque?
  4. depend on the application i reckon! if it's more of a dyno/straight line queen then there's no problems really! but trying to handle that much power around corners and stuff, i would be investing alot of money into suspension and brakes!
  5. what happened to the 2.8 litre stroker idea? that would've been the way to go
  6. if you more more traction for the straight it's better to go softer settings! and personally i don't like heavy duty sway bars at the front because it made my car understeer!
  7. 1000cc are pretty big injectors! aiming for huge numbers or something? but rb26 injectors should fit into neo 6 motors! no need for fuel rail i don't think but they're like 440-480cc injectors? edit. rb25 neo, rb20 and rb26's all run top fed injectors! it's the r33 rb25 that runs side fed
  8. whatsisname is the man to ask! but i thought neo 6 were top fed anyway? but it is more costly changing to top fed because you need to get a fuel rail made! but i went for it because i thought maybe later on i might need to go for bigger injectors and there is a bigger variety of top fed then side fed
  9. woo got my pistons, rods, arp studs and acl race series kit!
  10. cool!
  11. anyone know if autobarn is open today?
  12. megan fox is alright! misa campo leah dizon
  13. my personal opinion is 8kg and 6kg spring rates is a bit rough already!
  14. got a few mates with evo's and quite frankly i wasn't impressed! maybe all of the hype about them didn't meet my expectations, it was fast shit you not but to me a rwd is still more exciting! but i guess i don't like them but respect them for being fast!
  15. anyone know where i can get a 400r style rear bar?
  16. so nothing to do with displacement? just longer strokes is where the extra torque comes from?
  17. Dan the guy wants to do hill climbs and not powerslide off cliffs with your turbo!
  18. you're choice but if you shop around you'll find that it's cheaper than you think to rebuild the rb25! jjr selling autech rods are around $700-800 mark and cp pistons from jjr $1200 and these are just examples so you do the maths if it'll be roughly the same price! on another note when running rb30 bottom and rb25 head does it get bored out? and by how much?
  19. but there's no reason why a rb25 won't be responsive with the right set up!
  20. if you want reliable and responsive motor why not just go forgies and a turbo to suit?
  21. i don't know about power gains on e85 but i have seen better torque curves but fuel efficiency goes out the window!
  22. will do norman
  23. what turbo?
  24. went to the atm to take out some money and it seems i have recieved k rudds package! i only got $500 and this concerns me the most! it doesn't matter if i got $500 when i'm suppose to get $900 but it could mean someone withdrew $400 from my account which worries me the most! so now i have to wait till tuiesday to go to the bank and see what's going on
  25. plastic light covers normally go yellow on the outside i think! so a buff/polish, sanding would do the job!
