Actually DOOFY.. he hasn't got any real performance mods on the car.. Seems to be pretty much standard except for the exh system and the wheels..

Ooo OoO.. Have they painted her yet? Next time you go around send me some photos.. It was like a few days after I dropped her off they had already stripped some of her down, ner radiator, bumper, bonnet, rims.. it looked awesome! With the money I spend on the box rebuild it should last for a while

To obtain that permit you actually need a pink slip (done it before) so there's really not much point. Charrrrliieeee is right. You can drive your car to and from a repairer for the purposes of registration. Not condoning people should drive without a licence of course. -

The problem would have been with that they there was not enough evidence to recover from her.. But surely if you had taken the photo with her car and numberplates in it, that would have been enough to place her at the time of the accident. Yes Yes, if you are unsure call the police and make a report!

I would say it's all he said she said so they have no hard proof whatsoever. But your only problem is, it's your word against a police officers word. It might have just been 1 wrong letter or number on the rego plates and they have just picked you out of the hat. If I were you, I would sourse some proper legal advise. There are some places that give free legal advice if you can't afford solicitors. Good luck mate.

This guy is an idiot. The guy in the BMW should report this to his insurance company and let them deal with it. At least the damages will actually get paid for. Actually, some insurers will pay for the sum of up to $20m for legal liability incuding death or injury to another person.

I know. I'm suprised you have that much access to the internet. My partner doesn't always have the time to jump on the computer to even email. He just came back late last year from 6 month round the world trip and wouldn't mind doing a gulf trip. *yuck*

I'd just like to commend the workshop Xclusive Colours because we don't hear enough good feedback for repairers. I recently had some repair work done on the car and Louie did a fantastic job I wouldn't trust any other panel beater. He even fixed up the last crappy repair work that was done on the car.
