    lol.. I only went out for 1 timed session. So that might not have been me. I was out on the passenger session (no timing) and the session after the passenger session. which was session 4 I think?

    Depends what kinda building you buy in. The strata goes up if there is stuff like lifts, gyms, pools, underground security car park etc.

    You don't pay strata if you're renting.
