My spare R35 key was lost aboard the ship from Japan to AUS. I can get a spare key from Japan no problem. I just now have to have it linked to the vehicle. Any Singapore contacts would be much appreciated. Cheers Nengun

What is the part No of the part you have now? ie what is the part No on the box?

This is pretty strong This doesn`t make a lot of sense. A SAU member out of the blue, just happend to e mail you about his son. HKS do sell the 2835 without the HKS F con Pro. They have never sold one as a package with the F Con Pro. HKS sell the GT Pro turbine Kit with a F con mini but this is clear on our site that it is an optional part and clearly stating that it doesn`t come with the kit. To date we have only sold one of these kits and the customer clearly informed us he didn`t want the Optional mini F Con. (Keep in mind we keep all e mails) Also if I send the wrong part. The correct part will be sent at my expense. I dont argue, full stop. Feel free to get your friends father or son to e mail me anytime concerning this matter. Likewise anyone else who has any problems please contact us at anytime. Best Regards

Hello to all First of all I am very sorry for the delays. I did something that I haven`t done in a long time and that was to take some time of over xmas. Before I left to go on holidays I had some Japanese crew take over for me. All was fine until parts started getting sent to anyway but the intended addresses. Consequently I had all the orders stopped until my return. As I am in Japan now all orders will be sent off in the next few days. All I can say is I do sincerely apologize for the delays and please dont worry about funds going astray or anything like that. Best regards Brent

PARTS! from Overseas Suppliers
nengun replied to Ghostrider's topic in General Automotive Discussion
$120 AUS extra On every e mail going out it has this written Nengun performance is not responsible for any taxes that may occur in your place of origin. Quotes are good for 48 hours. Even before the purchased I told Dennis ( ghostrider ) to go to Advan From Dennis 3 months pior to Purchasing of nengun When I made the initial enquiry it was including the throttle adaptor, but then it was AU$1150.00 delivered, AND the exchange rates were a lot worse than they are now. I can't believe you think it's going to cost AU$300.00 to post from Japan, what's wrong with part of a container, as there must be dozens coming to Australia every week. And Advan is $1300 over the counter incl GST, so it certainly is a misconception that you are cheap, or cheaper than most. I was told by quite a number of people on forums to get in touch with you as your margins are so much better than others. It is obviously a big mistake eh! A custom made item is cheaper by about $200.00 I will get it from Advan, thanks for nothing. Hello Deninis Then buy it of advan + GST . Also included is the throttle adapter. That is why it is more expensive. -
NENGUN Performance - Need to Contact.

The comment is not on these forums The bottom line is I wanted to get you a new pump with the warranty. But it was a bit hard if half the parts from the pump are still in your car. LOL I didn`t think you were trying to rip me off $500. If I thought that I wouldn`t have taken the pump to Nismo. I was angry when I opened the box at Nismo and I saw this makeshift pump. They looked at it, I looked at it They said What? I said AhhhA Warranty Please They went off. They were angry because they thought I was pulling some kind scam. -

Yes I need some help real bad. The problem is I need someone who can speak and write English Fluently, Also they need to be able to speak, read and write Japanese aswell and know something about parts. The latter always seems to be a problem. I have a new homepage ready to go live in a few days so this should change my situation for the better I hope. This is why a lot of e mails are not being answered of late I went to bed at 4am this morning and I was up again at 7am It has been like this for weeks. I am not complaining I love what I do. -

Yes there is a lot more to this story. If anyone has doughts about my honesty please e mail at [email protected] and I have proof what really happend with that pump. There is no way I would send a Used part and pass it off as New. As one reputable performance dealer mentioned it would win a Darwin Award what this crew has done. -

What are you people on about? No one has ever mentioned that to me. Not one e mail with your complaint. If I think who it is You just sent it back because you said it was faulty and I am using the warranty to get you another one. I would never change part for something else. Never! Nismo do there own testing on the fuel pumps that is why they smell of fuel when you recieve them. Hence people think they are used. Weird man! People will say or do anything for their 15 minute Flip -
It is always a Mate or My Brother He got done 25% which is wrong . This is the code for a PFC H/C Automatic Controlling Apparatus Code 90328980 No duty only GST

SAL = Catch 22. Also there is no tracking No

That is another thing. I recieve e mails but at times I cant send anything back. If you dont get a reply, private e mail here at SAU

If Japan takes just one day off for a public holiday it will take me 4 to 5 days to get back on track. If Japan takes one week off for example the Obon, it puts me behind a month or so. After a holiday all the parts will come in at once and if lot of them are bound for example, Sydney. I cant all send them there at once for obvious reasons. If I did then You guys could start a thread on How much I hate nengun. Ok there has been a few delays lately but be cool and relax. This I can promise you. You will always get your parts. Here is another example Recently customer ordered a Cam shaft. I rang the maker and he said I would have it in 3 days. So I paid for it. On the third day I was asking where the cam shaft was. I was told it would take another 2 weeks. The 2 weeks turned into a month with times beyond number of e mails and phone calls where the cam shaft was and why it was taking so long. 7 weeks later the customer finally got his camshaft. This goes on all the time. One more point. If anyone has a hassle with the big C smart people contact me first. Even before you contact them or go there, e mail me first. Some of the rates they charge dont match up with their tax book. For example there is no Duty on PFC`s & H/C`s only GST so if you are getting charged 25% it is incorrect ask to see the tax book.

This is true "Frequent user of EMS " This is not " u serious or u dont know? does it slightly dodgey "

That is the first I have heard of it. All parts are insured so I dont see what the hassle was. Who is your Brother?

ExxonMobil Corp, the No 1 U.S. oil company, struck a world record by posting $17 billion in annual profits yesterday after soaring oil and gas prices fuelled a huge rise in fourth-quarter earnings. Exxon said fourth-quarter income, excluding merger expenses and special items, rose a better-than-expected 89 per cent to $5.12 billion, or $1.46 a diluted share. Income in the same period a year ago totalled $2.7 billion, or 77 cents a diluted share. Revenue rose to $64.13 billion from $54.58 billion. This was a helluva quarter and it's a helluva company," said Gene Nowak, an analyst with ABN Amro. "The results this company has been able to generate have been awesome and the fourth-quarter underscores that." The Irving, Texas-based company's earnings shot past analysts' average forecast of $1.31 a share, according to First Call/Thomson Financial, after a quarter in which natural gas and crude oil prices remained red-hot.

My Parts ($3k) Stolen From Docks/Ship !!!
nengun replied to bryanlee38's topic in General Automotive Discussion
I personally drove a car to the docks here in Japan and to my amazement the surrounding fence was only 4ft high. You could jump it no problems. All the cars are left on the dock and you have to leave your keys in the ignition. Thieft happens from this end aswell. -
