    Hi guys, i need to get a pair of standard front shocks and springs to pass rego cause the aftermarket ones in my car atm got knocked back. They just hit the bump stops over big bumps. so if anyone has any they want to sell me let me know. my car is an R32 Gts-t by the way. Thanks

    At least i now know im not the only person with this problem. Probably wont worry bout it too much tho. New g/box oil and check the rear pads thats about all Ill do.

    Sorry, Not tryin to bag him out or anything. Im 18 and at one stage I had three cars and that was ridiculous for paying insurance and rego, not to mention unnecessary. i drove one car most of the time (the skyline) and the other two mostly sat around doin nothin

    I was wondering when theu were going to be added to SEVS complaince list. I saw one in HPI or Zoom a couple of years back and thought they were a pretty luxo car. They said back then that they cant be complied and that this one was the only one in Aus as it was a personal import from someone who moved over from japan.

    R32Dreamer I think that might be the problem as it only started after some heavy braking on the track and it only happens in reverse not when going forwards. Ill have a look on the weekend if thats the problem T04GTR I thought it might be a bearing but it seemed weird it was only in reverse and that there is no trouble selecting reverse. I'm gonna change the g/box oil on the weekend too. Thanks for the advice

    yeah mate i have. it started to make a noise a little while after i bought the car. Its not the normal whine that a gearbox makes in reverse its more of a grinding noise

    on the subject of R32 conversions, is it worthwhile putting an RB30 with 25 head into a R32 or is it too heavy???

    If you want a cheap HU that still does most stuff i got a JVC (cant remember model number) from JB for $250 (rrp is $320 or something but i talked them down and paid cash). It plays MP3/WMA and has sub/front/rear rca outputs. Does everything thing i need it to.

    Not sure about skylines but my old pulsar made the same kind of noise and it was because the ring gear on the flywheel was worn

    Hi, My R32 gtst makes a grinding/whiring kind of noise when i reverse. It isnt as loud when the clutch is out in reverse but if i roll backwards with the clutch in it gets real noisy. Would it be the diff or the gearbox???? It seems to happen when the car hasnt been driven for a couple of hours and everything goes cold. Once its warmed up and been driven round a bit it doesnt seem to happen. Thanks
