  1. ok guys thanks for the info so far its a jun 2.7 with jun head gear with 280 cams all the good stuff like jun pump hks pulleys and so fourth. as for turbo the hks 2835 twin kits is a 2 month wait in a back order from japan im also started to look at twin trust td06-20g-8 or the blitz k3 450r. hhhhmmmm so many options
  2. ok guys after a few talks with people ive heard the jun 2.7 is a better option than the hks for higher rev reasons ive nailed it down to 2 setup in twins. either stick with the 2871 setup i have or to high mount a set of hks 28/35s and get 700awhp or a single to4z i no the to4z and my current setup will max out around the 600ish awhp make and i just no that i will want more but the twin 2835 setup is double the other 2 setups so if any1 has any ideas or have sum info on there current setups would be much appreciated as i need to decided in 2 days
  3. ive got trust grex 6 piston up front and 4 piston down back and tein coilovers and hardware to match if the TO4Z isnt big enough what will it max out at
  4. ok guys im goin to build a stage 3 hks 2.8 stroke and im wanting 670-700 awhp its for street and track so i want to least amount of lag. it looks like a hks to4z will be my best option but if any1 has any ideas or other comments please do and if any 1 with this turbo can comment and give me ideas woud be great
  5. thanks mate this was great... just to stat my setup was a built rb26 with twin low mount 2871rs - 10 with all the usually head a other upgrades was running 1.6 bar with 540awhp. now im goin to build a 2.8l hks stoker so i want 650-700 awhp i loved the last setup was great all in originals posistion and hade very minimal lag. so i want another 100 awhp but dont think my current setup with turbos will do this but if i go a big single like a hks to4z im affraid of getting to much lag. so that is why i would like to stay with the twin low setup so any idea people would be great it is a street track car so i dont want lag so any info would be sewwt people and thanks for the help so far
  6. not to sure on sizes will double check with serial numbers just running twin 400hp garret turbos at 1.6 bar 540awhp very responsive. so i think some people mite be not seeing the possibiltys of this setup. alot of guys a running hks 25/30 to 540 rwhp including myself in a cefiro so this isnt even pushing it to the max 1.8 bar that i could in my gtr
  7. hi guys thinking of building my rb26 with a step 3 hks 2.8 kit and want around 700awhp and would like to stick with the standard low mount twin system i current had twin garrett 2860 with 540awhp and my oil pump went bang and narded the motor so is the biggest turbos that are still standard low mounts the trust 618z and does any 1 no how much power this will make as i want the most response with minumal lag

  14. thanks heaps guys is seems to be the guys with the bigger brakes love them and the guys that dont have them bag them and say there not worth it. i have settled on 6pot fronts with 355mm rotors 4pot rears 330mm rotors with ds2500 pads for street and montly track work
  15. cheers mate that info is much needed. im lookin at ap and grec systems aswell same size so i think they all will work the same do all the guys run alcon or do some have ap and grex????????
