i think you are taking about the figure of 8, thats seperate from the skidpan that we will be using (unless i have missed something BIG! lol ) i have a clutch issue too, my thrust bearing has voiced itself as on the way out this last week, and i have been informed to take it easy on the clutch, convenient seeing i was looking forward to some clutch abuse on sunday!! now some of my fun is ruined

sorry to hear it mate, at least it will be easy to fix up the defects in your case, however the emissions test will probably be a hassle!! this story makes me worried about when my day may come as well to be the victim of a power tripping cop. in relation to the fines, in general when they say the fine is in the mail, you wont get it, they say that just to make you worried, it has happened to me and others, although in your case since she was such a b*tch you never know and its safer to assume the worst. there is no way i would be paying those fines though, get some legal help and take them to court, it sound like you dont have wads of cash lying around and at worst the magistrate will at least see this and reduce/make the fines easier to pay.

Hey mate, Sin 5 is 5w-60 and i have seen it in a couple of places for around $65 so you may have got your figures a bit mixed up.. specs are on the penrite site. with your widely priced oils its hard to say what you should get, 300v is the best oil but it costs way more than others(and only for 4L) so it depends what u want to spend.

that dvd is full of shit in relation to the crx, it makes unrealistic power on the dyno and is slow anyway, from memory it was only doing mid 13s so the drag races were also BS as if the competing cars were really as described the crx would have been destroyed. and if the crx really made that power on the dyno then it would be doing at lot faster than mid 13s anyway. that dvd gave me the shits as now i bet heaps of people think that their CRXs with a turbo bolted on can beat a 600hp gts-t.

another vote for MSY listen to what security says, they are damn cheap but worst service ever. go in the store with a list, and expect half of the stuff u want to be out of stock, but in the end if u want to save money its the place to go to. another tip is go to the new ultimo store during the week, its quiet. dont ever dare to go to either of the msy stores on the weekend or u will be in for a long day!

I saw you and recongnised you but every time i was around u were busy talking to others..ill c u at skidpan day again.. it was me driving when u were coming off all the time (must have been the pressure to keep up was it not? ) i wasnt annoyed at all, in fact it was sort of satisfying seeing an r33 not keeping up, as i drive an r33 normally.. haha i remember the late overtaking on the straight, i though id let you through since i was planning on catching you in the corners later anyway, it felt like a proper race at that point haha, although i was slightly worried that you would come off the track badly halfway through the manouver and take me out lol!

it was an awesome day, James (nfi) and i were having great fun beating the skylines (hey Liz that was us) in our group with our dead stock nankang-clad mx-5 :) Had a good chat to a few others too, Patrick--nfi is james and i am his friend Arup good to see u on here too

hey mate thanks for the info, i have been to the skidpan before so i know what your saying i have found u still end up eating up the edges of the front tyres, and i would like to have the extra front grip as you say but i dont want to ruin the edges of my new front tyres
