next time u will hopefully get the 11 sec pass, it is a definite possibility...coming down to the launch and how slippery it is i guess!! it was great to watch, cant wait to have a run myself (when i actually get another car!)

BOOSTD: wrxhoon's name is jerry and his best times were 12.07(pretty sure) but i know he ran 12.1.. apparently his last run was shit (after i left) so u must have seen that terminal speed was 120mph on his best run, but with a crappy 2.0something 60 foot time, so could be a lot faster! That m coupe was crazy! sounded good...and backed it up

i cant remember... something cheap like 10 or 20 bucks. for the adds which stand out i think it is 30 a lot cheaper than trading post!

sold it through carsales.com.au for within 500 of my asking price. u will sell it if you are realistic about its value, and dont advertise it for some ridiculous price like i see a lot advertised for (which never sell!) just put it up for sale at a price which is very close to what u finally want for it, not for a high value thinking that there is more room to negotiate if you know what i mean

the stock turbo runs out of efficiency at 10-12 psi so there is no point.. and there are plenty of people with experience that shows that the stock turbo wont last long if your boost it higher than 12 psi.. it will last even less with the stock cooler, once u add the fmic it will be safer to run that boost and it will make more power. (lower pressure drop)

yeah.. most of the time its ok ive bought a quite a few things off it and sold.. i just got a so-dimm 128mb 100mhz for my laptop... hard to find from shops.. only cost 40 bucks delivered and worked out fine.. guy had +128 rating with no negatives and 17 positives in the last month!! i guess it just depends on luck.

forgot to add, at nissan they deal with a lot of gtrs, so i would go there they know what they are doing, probably more so than other dealerships.

go to a nissan dealership and they will attach a consult and be able to tell u if afm, idle, and tps settings have been played around with.. a friend is having idling problems with his gtr, has been traced to the afm's (commoN) but to start with we went to nissan (hornsby) and they picked up the tps was set wrong, as was the valve that controls the idle, these problems showed up on the consult, and they give u readouts of before and after.. it cost $104 and is probably worth doing, after the settings were fixed, throttle response was much improved, and idle/revving generally felt smoother.. if that doesnt fix all your problems, it would probably be your AFM's(well one of them at least!) good luck!

everyone mixes answers to which turbo is which up this is the difference. the series one AND two exhaust wheels are ceramic, and prone to delaminating from the shaft, due to excess heat and resistance, resulting in bits of tubo stuck in your cat The difference is in the intake side. The intake wheel of a series one turbo is steel, where in a series two (and even r34 gtt) has a nylon wheel. this results in a quicker spool up. the problem is not with the intake side of the turbo, its the exhaust, so if you had to compare the two, the series 1 turbo is no less likely to fail than a series 2 turbo.

if its the original 02 sensor, there is no way thats its still ok, as paulr33 said meant to be replaced at 40kms... u can use a multimeter to test but i wouldnt bother, just change it. and chances are its original, its not like the japs take much care of their cars... the falcon one is fine i got one for 70 bucks from an auto 1... (didnt end up fitting), just change it and see wat happens but in the end it depends how u drive, my fuel economy for stock r33 varied between 280-500 kms per 50 litres.
