  1. Believe it or not in the seven years that Skylines Australia..... Try the DIY section where it says power FC FAQS or similar
  2. Attempted to send PM... Errors every time... Ohlins still available? Negotiating with war and finance...
  3. Forced induction engines are always going to be easier to get power out of. Pretty simple really, when building an NA motor, the whole aim is to try and get more air into it... The more air you can get in there the more horsepower you will make, it is very hard beyond a certain point to get any more air in at atmospheric pressure. Add pressure and all of a sudden perfect inlet ports etc don't really matter as much. Eg, my 1.6l corolla rally car makes 130kw atw, massive number for an engine like that, and equivalent to 210atw of a 2.6l....
  4. Bare in mind that F1 is not the only motorsport used for development, and truth is that others forms of motorsport are much closer to the real world...
  5. Shame to see a car of this calibre with a price like this on it... The fascination with stock is probably what is doing it, these cars were never meant to stay stock
  6. Was fairly obviously a listing error, I just find it irritating when people do not list things properly, like if you look up "Nissan Special Vehicles" on trading post there are D40 Navaras with 20s...
  7. Bought this as a muck around to take pressure of my dual suspension MTB, and I have probably riden it 10 times, mostly just tooling around in my yard. This was a $900 bike, alloy frame, v brake at the back, 3 piece crank, chain tensioners, box stays, Oury grips, I don't really want to see this thing go, but I have kidded myself about riding it for long enough... $500ono, can arrange delivery to Penrith..
  8. Got this as part of a sponsorship deal in 2004, but never actually was able to use it due to class rules, then sold the car.. These were about $500 or more new, $300 ono, plus delivery
  9. Just sent an email offering $8500 for the R33 GTR v spec...
  10. If I had the money for a Veyron, my driveway would be sufficient for a reasonable sized accident as well....
  11. Here we are in deepest Africa, these Hyenas have been led to the carcass by circling Vultures, a few have approached the slowly dying Lizard, but each time it shows a little life... But with impeccable and delicate timing, not even a noise to announce his arrival, the king of the opportunists arrives... The Fatz, swiftly, silently swooping in to claim the carcass, leaving all others to fight and squabble over his table scraps... Almost forgot.. How was the radiator shroud and fan?
  12. 36..? Not sure there are any believeable 36 photos out there yet, unless there were some mixed in with the M3 ute shots??
  13. You will find these ducts on MANY R32s, be it V spec, standard, N1, Nismo etc, they were standard on the Nismo and Maybe N1s, but have been added to a lot of others. The best indication of if they were a factory fit or done later is to have a look at the bumper reo, as they go straight through it, and the normal approach to this seems to be to hack a hole in the standard reo rather than go and buy the factory Nismo reo that I am guessing must exist. The lip on the leading edge of the bonnet, and also the lip under the rear wing were also often added, but are again only standard on the Nismo and possibly N1s.
  14. It is a great gimmick is about all it appears to good for, was taken off the race cars and the R35 has lost it, not sure the 34 had it either? Basically it makes the car much less predictable apparently, mine was disabled before I bought the car
  15. Got a mate selling his motorbike, and will be in touch when it's gone.
  16. Trim is definately strange, and engine bay too... Would love to see what fast would say about this one...
  17. Yeah, have the PFC and am working to get approval for the tune... Just seems funny it went away for 2-3 months...
  18. Have looked in to if you WANT the Hicas working?
  19. Light throttle application, normally going uphill, the only way to stop it is to get off the throttle all together and start again, pretty much anytime you try to maintain a speed going uphill it does it. Has standard ECU, does not seem that accelerating will solve it
  20. They all had 180k speedos because they were all limited, but a lot will have speedo changed anyway. The only difference you will see on the dash is the A-LSD light in the middle of the speedo (or tacho maybe). As has been said already, there is SFA difference. I would believe the difference in track times though, driven both 32 and 33 v-specs, the 33 feels far more stable and much happier to get on the power in the corner
  21. Time resurrect this.... because it is BACK!!!! Timing is now spot on 15deg, the turbo shuffle went, and with no changes made it has started to get turbo shuffle again.... But now.. It also has a couple of flat spots, and after a while of normal driving will really need a couple of decent runs to clear it out and get it going properly, it is not that long since I ran injector cleaner through it (not because it was playing up, just figured it could be worthwhile) but was still before it was running perfectly that the injector cleaner was in it. So all that has happened since it was running perfectly is that it has been driven to and from work, it has had a couple of little blats here and there but the thing gets babied 98% of the time. I have not ruled out the possibilty of a cam being a tooth out, but is this likely to cause the probs I am getting?
