The R32 was a $110,000 car in 1990, and this is supposed to be "one or two steps above the previous model" then there is simply no way that it will come in under $100,000, and that is before you consider inflation.

The stats I am quoting I will not guarentee but they are certainly in the vicinlty if someone can correct me it would be appreciated: people killed on NSW roads each 365 days; 600 Population of NSW; 5,000,000 percentage of people that die each year 0.012... estimate of how many people travel on our roads each day; 3,500,000 mutplied by number of days; 1,277,500,000 people trave on our roads each year (and still only 600 are killed) in 50% of accidents speed is BELIEVED to be a factor... of those about 25% of fatalities were not wearing seatbelts about 20% the driver was under the influence about 12% the driver was not licensed so lets assume that 30% of fatalities are speed related (a bit high but I am not good at maths) this means that as percentage of people that travel on our roads each year the number that die due to speeding is about.... 0.000023% I am not going to say we should do 100k in a 60, however, is it fair to fine so many people so much money when you start looking at the numbers?? (now removing oneself from soapbox and returning very quickly to cave)

I have a few questions about R32 GTRs, these will all seem a bit odd but there is a reason... What size is the inlet on the stock turbos? What sort of weight does one come down too without the interior and all the comfort crap? are there many weaknesses in the suspension? eg arms etc would 15 inch wheels fit over the brakes? roughly what sort of drop in revs is there between gears in a standard box? thanks in advance, yes I may sound like an idiot, but it is well founded (that I am an idiot)

on trips to both brisbane and Melbourne I have seen 10.5 consistently (including coming out of bris and up over the ranges, where I had a bit of a play), better that the in laws XR6 AU, I am still pretty sure I can get it under 10 too, but I would have to fill up at the start of a really flat/ downhill long highway section (need to be long to make up for pulling out of servo) and then get another servo at the end of that , Normal cruising speed is 10 over on the speedo (which reads about 2-3% over)

I have for sale an immaculate late 97 RS4, it comes with a 3 inch Tanabe exhaust, 18 inch lensos, good rubber, twin sunroofs, electric closing boot, full set of original carpet mats, cargo blind, net cargo barrier, all the normal features. I have only owned the car since december, and am the first Australian owner, however the wife wants the house deposit back in the bank. the car has 130,000k on it but still feels 100%, I have put about 18000 on it, mainly going from Bathurst to QLD and Melbourne. The car idles perfectly, has none of the normal rust, and in brisbane in the middle Jan did not get upto half way on temp guage.
