  1. I have recently purchased a BOS importing Catco catalytic converter & have no complaints! The Catco product is excellent quality and is fully ADR approved. It also comes with quality gaskets. I could not believe the difference in weight between my standard cat and the Catco item. This alone suggested the internals where considerably different. Chat to Michael at BOS as you may only require the smaller body 3 inch cat which is said to be suitable up to 230rwkw. The larger body 3 inch unit is best for vehicles over 230rwkw.
  2. Yeah man I have done the same. I have browsed the Whiteline catalogue but can not find anything suitable. There is not even a suitable universal mount & bush kit! I have been researching Nolathane products as well but again no results. You might want to try them for your R32 www.redranger.com.au Is there anyone out there who can help with R33 Swaybar bush kits???
  3. Hey Guys, The front swaybar mounts on my Series 2 R33 are old and in need of replacement. Can someone please confirm the diameter of the standard front swaybar? I measured 22mm. Has anyone here replaced their OEM bracket/mounts & bushes with Whiteline ones? If so, it would be great if you could give me the Whiteline part numbers. Cheers.
  4. I am searching for a R33 S2 Driver's side/ Right hand mirror. Black would be ideal, however I am willing to accept other colours if the item is in good condition. Electronics including mirror adjustment and retraction motors MUST be working. Please PM if you have anything on the go. Images would be great if you have them.
  5. Hey Everyone, Any movement on this happening??? or hasn't enough interest been shown? I've sent some pics to the guy who set this topic up, but I got nothing back? What's the go?
  6. Guys, this little fella is still up for sale!!! Price drop to $310.00
  7. Yeah, you're right! High Performance Imports mag does actually say you can configure the unit to display boost. I have not played around with it enough to really know for sure though... It's extremely flexible in terms of what it can display.
  8. Not to my knowledge, just the parameters listed above

  11. Hey Justin, I have now found the GAIN setting thanks heaps!!! What GAIN setting do you suggest? What do you run? I have a stock turbo, standard cooler & 3 inch exhaust.

  14. The Blitz I have only has a single solenoid (Spec S version). The manual I have is in Japanese so its not much use to me My high boost setting is set for around 10psi but it spikes well above this (approx 13psi) When I toggle the controller (left mode button) I don't have a gain function. If you could post up the manual you are referring to that would be great! Thanks
  15. Cheers for the advice mate! I might have to redo the hose set up in this case...
  16. Hey guys, any more ideas with this one??? Surely someone else out there has had similar troubles. Cheers.
  17. I am currently using the non standard Blitz Solenoid that was bundled with the boost controller. The factory Nissan one has been removed. It's puzzling... When I turn the Blitz controller off it runs 0.5 bar (standard). However if the car is pushed harder i.e. quick gear change it will still spikes! What are Blitz Boost controllers like as a general rule??? Are the problematic?
  18. Thanks for the advice! If the actuator line is OK what else could be causing the spiking???
  19. Hey folks just after some advice here, I am struggling to figure this one out! I recently installed a Blitz DSBC Spec S Single Solenoid boost controller on my car (R33 S2). The car is standard with a 3" exhaust/ dump pipe & pod filter. After setting the desired settings (NORMAL 0.5 bar HIGH 0.7 bar) I noticed the boost spikes dramatically (to approx 0.95 bar) during vigorous gear changes. The boost stabilizes a split second after a gear change has been made. I have managed to reduce the severity of spiking by lowering the boost warning setting but this just leads to jerky power delivery as the boost controller tries to constantly correct boost during gear changes. Strangely, when the boost controller is switched off this spiking still occurs. How can this be cured? This boost controller does NOT offer GAIN or boost response settings? Any suggestions or help is welcome. Thanks guys!
