Can't agree with you more. Mine has done 40K as well and it is like new. Hence why I want another one and k's are not an issue but price is an issue because it is going to be "the second car". I have a $110K and that is all I am going to spend, not $120-125K. As I said, show me one for $110K or under.

I follow carsales like a hawk, not a single one has been on for 18 months, there is one that has been on for a while and that is the only ONE and it hasnt been 18 months. $80K being steep for a 50,000k GTR, who are you kidding. How many times over do you think you could sell an R35 on carsales with 50,000k's for $80,000 in one day. I guarantee if you can find one at that price I will buy it today. The last cheap one sold for $105,000 and had done 46,000ks and that was a firesale and it lasted under a week before it was sold. You are dreaming buddy. Like I said if you can find one for even $100K I want to know as I want it. Sorry buddy but that got me unhappy as I am looking for another car now but dont want to spend over $110K and there are plenty of 40K plus 2009 R35 GTR's out there and I can't find any in that price range. (Not including 2008 imports)

A supercharged VT would slaughter the GTR to 100.

Finally sold the GTR last night. Will be off my hands next week. Just picked up a supercharged VT clubsport which is what I always wanted. I can't wait to take it out and make some fully hektic smoke at the rear wheels.

2009's can't do it without the VDC off. Tried it, doesnt work.

Forget mods if you want to keep your warranty. But in saying that it has to be proven that the car suffered damage due to the mods. So if there is no pre existing damage to the vehicle once the mods are removed then the warranty is still intact, incase you want to sell it with factory warranty.

I wont be doing any track days so I don't think that I will be able to give you the comparison that you are looking for. I think they are more sticky than the stockers but that may only be because they are 30mm wider all round.

I tried this once before and all I got was some tumbleweed floating through the thread. I havent taken them out properly yet but they are a lot louder on the road than the factory Bridgstones to the point where my 2yo daughter actually said something about the noise. They seem to grip well around the corners and when accelerating from a standing start it wont spin the wheels. However as I said I havent really done any fast driving on them yet and I am also comparing them to almost bald Bridgstones because I cant remember what the Bridgestones felt like when new. Although I did get almost 30,000k's out of the original tyres.
