i think he is trying to say that he has pulled out the front tailshaft.not the front shafts to the wheels.i mean come on guys you dont have to call him names for voicing his opinion here.i was on the understanding that if we agree with what someone tells us we might try it if not well what the hey at least the information was offered.i dont know fark all compared to some of the people here but if i thaught something will work id say so and not expect people to put me down if im wrong. just my 2 cents worth. well maybee 4 cents.................regards mike ................

i have 2 english ones and the jap one but they dont cover the 260rs.i do have the workshop manual in english for the rb26 motor tho if that helps

dont sweat it bud we all learn our lessons and it will be all worthwhile when u get her back on the road.i went down that track years ago without insurance and not even 3rd party insurance and believe me you are getting out of it cheap compared to me. my car write was a off and other car 12 grand repairs and that was about 20 years ago.god dam mercedes parts are expensive :rant:now i wont even take a car out of the driveway if its not insured .

had my cheapie double din in the stagea for nearly 12 months now it cost me 450.i didnt expect the bose type quality some of you guys want but it is just as good a sound as the so called brand name researched headunit that nissan decided to install.when i got the car the cd in it was rooted as usual i havent owned a nissan with a stock headunit that the cd dosnt skip if you run over a pebble.the cheapie performs well its dvd cd mp3 has reversing cam input and gps input both of which i have utilised.for my money im verry happy with my purchace.

i paid up at the show and shine but just got told i had to fill out membership forms which i did yesterday and faxed them away.just wish they said that on the day if i hadnt arcked up i spose it would have just got forgotten

thanks guys i cant wait to get the safc wired and tuned but it all comes down to dollars hey.it was worth waiting to do it that way as it keeps the boy racer look away without crap stuck all over the dash i would have liked to refit the clock in the pod too but it needed to be about 10mm taller to fit it all .

was talkin to bryce and he has same deal.he is getting a standard climate controll unit which is a direct plug in and radio brackets from dodgy bros in qld i hope they dont bulshit to him about the quality of the goods they sell like they did to me from what i can make out u need brackets ac controll and face plate to suit as standard double din unit isnt as wide as the satnav setup.mine never had the satnav setup so it was plain sailing here........................ regards mike..................................

mine is an aftermarket double din unit from hong kong has worked well and had no probs has input for reverse cam and input for gps a verry good setup for 450 ebay sells sim units

was from mearkat in wa he is on forums here and is a thread somewhere take out clock and fits perfect

well guys and gals mikes been a busy boy this weekend fitted the safc unit into the dash pod and installed the reverse cam and satnav
