  1. Guys, I have 6 RB20 standard injectors for sale off a silver top motor. Ran fine in my car for the time I had them. Reason for sale is I bought GTR injectors. $150 Evan
  2. Sydneykid, Thanks for clearing that up, I think that I will get the turbine housing machined to 0.70AR as well as the compressor housing being 0.70AR. Its should give me a good combo to achieve 230rwkw i hope without massive lag, with this combo do you think it will hit 18psi by 4500rpm? In a perfect world I would hope that with these specs I would get 18psi by 4500rpm and 230rwkw on 18psi. Should i stick to 0.64AR turbine housing for my uses (street)? To get 230rwkw do you think I should use a 0.64 turbine with 21psi or a 0.70AR turbine with 18psi ? Thanx Evan

Sydneykid you said I will need around 21psi to get 230rwkw out of a GT25 with 0.86AR, rs500's mate "supposively" got 227rwkw on similar boost with the 0.64AR, I was under the impression that with the 0.86AR i would get a decent amount more rwkw on the same boost? If I have the choice of any exaust AR because i am getting an rb20 housing machined to suit what do you guys think will be a good exaust AR to get? is 0.86 too big? if i had a 0.86 when would i achieve 1BAR of boost? if the 0.64AR achieves 20psi by 4200rpm would it be safe to say the 0.86AR will get 15psi by 4500rpm?   5. one more question i need an actuator... will a standard rb20 one be ok? or should i pay the $350 that GCG said one was worth with brackets? i would prefer to save money but if the better one is needed i will not compromise. Thanx Evan
  6. Guys, I got my new turbo last night. Garrett GT25 with a 0.70 compressor on it. I bought it without the exaust housing and it is brand new, cost me $1000. A garrett 0.86AR exaust housing with T25 flange will cost me $560 trade from Garrett. I could also get a RB20 exaust housing for $50 and GCG say they can machine the housing and make it identical to the Garrett 0.86AR housing for $300, therefore i will have a BRAND NEW 450hp turbo for $1350 that will bolt on because of the T3 flange. Do you guys think this is a great idea or that i should use the genuine item and get an adapter? This same turbo retails for $2600 or thereabouts with a T3 flange so i am VERY happy with the deal that i got. Thanx Evan
  7. it will bolt up to an RB20 (r32 gts-t) motor only if it has a T3 flange, you must find this out otherwise you will need an adapter and its a waste. I am not sure that the oil and water lines will bolt up. Evan
  8. hey i am currently about to put the same turbo on my RB20 and around 320rwhp was what i am chasing also. I know a guy with one of these turbos on a CA18 that hits 1bar @ 4200rpm. I was hoping on an RB20 it would hit 1bar by 3900-4000rpm and I would expect it would hit 1bar on a rb25 by 3700rpm (this sound right?). Anyone else put one of these turbos on a RB20/25? Thanx Evan

  12. i got done last night for speeding for the first time in the 2 years i had my licence, i was delivering pizzas in my shitter and trhey got me 85km/h in a 60 zone, no p plates, they didnt notice but both front tyres are down to the radial and the windscreen is cracked badly... they let me off with a tickt for $127 being uder 15km/h over the limit... who says cops are all bad? the other day my mate in his drift180sx got pulled over doing 87km/h in a 50 zone and they did him for 15 over... maybe i have a good area but i am impressed with police lately.   13. how much better is a HKS GT-RS than a hks2530? is it better? whats the lag difference? I am thinking of putting a new GT-RS on my RB20 as i can get them for $2700 new and gt 2530 are like $1900 second hand. Evan
  14. good point. insurance companies hate mods, but thats not a problem for me because i wouldnt be able to fully insure any turbo car so modifications are ok. Evan

  19. for around 230rwkw what is the best option for a rb20 and cost? i have been told GTR injectors wont fit... i will be running a wolf 3d v4 so the impendancew wont matter? can standard injectors be high flowed? They have Sard 550cc and 850cc injectors for $130 each at greenline... would they work? Evan

  21. Hey, I am looking at getting a nice front mount intercooler as part of my upgrades. I will hopefully be running a hks 25** turbo, gtr injectors, i have a wolf 3d and the rest of the shit. I was told that hybrid coolers are cheap and nasty. My question is: Whats the best bang for buck if i want it to be able to flow 250rwkw. GTR Cooler (R34 is about $750 from hikari) PWR Cooler 600x300x76 - $898 new delivered to my door. Jap Brand? I have only seen these in kits and I would be interested in a kit but i would need to know if an r32 kit would work with an rb20 in a vl?? If not where can these coolers be bought seperate? Any help greatly appreciated. Thank You Evan
