Did you get it new from them? Trade? It says on there site that the stage 1 is 450hp and the stage 2 is 500hp ... is the stage 2 now a 470hp? Evan

Sydneykid, What power do you think that the GCG Stage 1 & 2 would make (approx) on an RB20 with Wolf 3d v4, GTR Injectors, Bosch910, Exaust & Dump, Hyperflow Cooler & POD at around 18-20psi. I am considering getting a GCG High Flow opposed to my GT28 because there is less fabrication and I will be able to do the work myself. GCG quoted me $1550 for a Stage 1 @ trade price which is damn good I thought. Evan

Guys, I have decided to sell the turbo I had for my project because I am going with something different. It is a Garrett GT28 with the cartridge rated @ either 400 or 440hp depensing on the exaust housing, also the 0.70AR compressor housing, a surclip and the backing plate to hold the cartridge to the comp. housing. Thing is there is no exaust housing and actuator, I rang garett and I was quoted around $700 (TRADE) for an exaust housing (new) and actuator (good one) to suit. So you would be getting a brand new turbo for $1800 that retails for over $2000. I wont sell it unless I get the right price. Please email me [email protected] or call me on 0416223127. The Phantom, I think the base pressure is 50psi and with the adjustable reg upping fuel pressure 1psi for every 1psi of boost means that the fuel pressure @ 18psi of boost is 68psi which is close to your estimation. Evan

it only took like 300-400 posts to thrash it out but it definately kept me and probably 100+ people very interested. Well done and glad to see that its worked out. Evan

guys i took my injectors out of my rb20 rgis morning, was so ****in easy. 1. Take off TB 2. Undo the 2 nuts that hold the fuel rail in 3. Undo a nut that holds a hose off the fuel rail to the plenum (near fuel reg). 4. Pull the rail away from the motor (slides out) 5. Wiggle injectors out (EASY took 2 mins for all 6!) Also before these steps take the lil clips that hold the injectors in off and take the loom plugs off. I didnt have to take the plenum off, I also noticed my o-rings were very soft. Was easy and painless but I am sure it will be a bit more frustrating putting them back in. All in all I reckon it is a 1hour job max! Evan BTW, I am a retard when it comes to mechanics
