  2. some of my older cars have had the de-laminating headlight issue and essentially the best way I found was to start with 1200 wet and dry then move to 2000 then use some cut and polish then brasso....brasso makes it nice and clean and really good for cleaning plastuc up...in fact I use it on my ipod and phones all the time.. this should make it look nice...if not perfect. Don't rush it and spend a good 2 or so hours as effect = results. KJ
  3. yeah thanks...I was told to go chat to mark on my other forum...I get my R33 back on Tuesday (which is being fixed at Box Hill) so i will drop down and have a chat about some deals. Thanks for your help doods. KJ
  4. thx. need to buy from a registered business through my suppliers...otherwise i will pay myself...hmm thats not cool.
  5. yeah I know...I don't think I will be paying so price isn't the most important factor. I do like the Drift R type tho and they would go well with the gun-metal grey....will check it out on the weekend...thx
  6. u want air flow...get a decnet sealed CAI system...do urself a favor and buy a BNC CAI kit - give u 10kw easy at the wheels. best on the market but not cheep.
  7. Guys I'm gonna but some new wheels and tyres for my R33 GTS-T. I have decided on a set of BBS CH or ROC Drift R rims. I want to get 18x8 on the front and 18x9 on the back. From what I can tell 245/40 and 265/35 size tyres would be fine with these sizes. Now comes the real questions When it comes to offset...this is determined by the wheel right?? are there any issues I should know? Tyres...what would be a really good set for normal road use - looking for good grip in the wet especially. Also I'm located in Vic...anyone suggest a good place to buy wheels - regardless if they don't sell the ones I want cos maybe I can choose some others Alll suggestions welcomed. Chris.
  8. need some advice.. I live in the eastern suburbs but work in broady...where is a good place to buy some ROC Drift R rims or maybe some BBS rims??? I'm thinking 18x8 on the front and 18x9 on the back (i.e.245/40 and 265/35 size tyres would be fine) I would appreciate some help finding a good place to buy the wheels and some good tyres. Thanks Chris.
  9. LOL - I work for AGL/Agility as their MDP manager if u don't know what that is then don't worry...hehe. But i'm excited.
  10. dood what model unichip?? as there are a few versions...post some more details but would be intrested anyway. KJ
  11. yep...go for it but don't expect too much change out of $130.
  12. yes I'm intrested but I'm in melb? does it come with the loom whats wrong with it?
  13. can u post the link please or pm me?
  14. although I hvan't read every post...if ur in melb get them fitted at Centreline Suspension...talk to Chris and he is great. You will pay a little extra but is service is first rate - probably the best I have had - fixed all my issues no problems...My new R33 is going straight to him once its back from the panel beaters...I might get some of these...

  19. nar nothing has come...
  20. how hard is it to take off the front bar??? does it just have a few holding screws on the reo bar?? i'm def. wanting a FMIC for my R33.. also how do these dimentions compare to the GTR size? not that its all that imporant but I'm looking for a IC that isn't too big however I have no idea when it comes to sizes...
  21. Trex101 always recommends ester based oils for good reason...go the redline...
  22. 5W-40 is OK...nothing special tho...but as trex101 said its good value for money...
