  1. Well once again I was asked to quote some thing to sit comfortably at 250AWKWs. Not 230rwkws. and from experience 2530 is not going to make 230AWKWs comfortably on a stock RB20det GTS4. like I said I have managed 248rwkws on a 3076 52T .63 rear at 21psi with RB20det. I'm confident 3076 56T can do 250AWKWs+ So i will be recommending this profile. 2530 profile we can build that no problem, Its very responsive but not going to archive the 250AWKWs goal you originally asked for.
  2. Its $180. Tested it today. It did hold it pretty fine and blewn up my engine again at 21psi. lol Not sure what the $&%^ happened. Engine's comming out again.
  3. Regarding to rwkws and awkws I've seen different. I will dig some dyno readings out tomorrow. any way, based on the TD06 that we high flowed its almost identical to a GT3076 52T. I didn't even have to scrap materials off the exducer of the turbine housing and inducer of the comp housing. Since I've managed 248rwkws with that setup at 21psi so possible 250rwkws+ externally gated at 24psi. Request was to build a bolton turbo. doesn't sounds like he's not going to run external gate and change every thing to suit it. Well up to the customer.
  4. If you owned a RB20det (which I owned 3) you will find they are very difficult to make any thing above 230rwkws. Same turbo at same boost level made heaps more power on a RB25 and even my CA (worked). lol I was asked to quote a turbo that can do 250KWs Not Rear wheels, But All Wheels with a stock RB20det a GTS4, which you are going to lose about 20% to front wheels. So even you can managed 230rwkws off a HKS2530 on a Rear wheel drive car does not mean you see it on a all wheel drive car. I believe 3076 profile in .69 rear (I'm also considering .63 since its a smaller engine) is good for his application. We can build turbos in any specs, so feel free to give your opinion based on RB20dets.
  5. Well you are going to need lot of boost to crack a stock RB20 to 250 All Wheel KWs. I really don't see any thing smaller then a 3076 can do that unless that. The price quoted also includes a high pressure actautor.
  6. The creative mod has been sold to kwrickr33 for evaluation so PM him for results. Water fittings is M18x1.5 same as your stock fittings. PM me if you need the high pressure CAT actuator when ready for tune.
  7. 268rwkws @16psi out of a Powered up R33 turbo high flow. Any one's running 300zx here? 320rwkws out of twin ATR25s on a stock VG30dett Z32 with 750cc injectors, SMIC, and flash tune.
  8. Since the turbo is with out actuator bracket its got abit more room. should be a very useful bit of gear for high boost application.
  9. Well the high flow still using stock housings so they do bolt back with no modifications. The only reason that Daniel's had a different comp housing is because he sold his old turbo and I've built him one with only a turbine housing. For every one who did sent in a complete turbo did fit back the way it was with all fittings bolt up. Most People chose to have the basic high flow, which is better in response with slightly less on top end. We do have powered up options, and bigger turbine housings at additional costs. its not about we can not high flow a turbo with more power, Its about options that people choice plus amount wish to spent to do this “high flow”. The test car I bought had 5 cracked pistons, which have wasted lot time. engine's currently overhauled, it will be back n running shortly. Which I will prove results of the latest developments. P.s. There has been a turbine shaft update in the RB25det high flow profile. should see a power increase without lag. I have 2x customers comming your way Trent, see how they goes.
  10. check your oil drain. make sure its not blocked with silicon (if you used it) and not pipe's not kinked.
  11. Thats why people shouldn't be buying from private sellers unless it can be seen, picked up and paid in person. had few private PMs trying to sale me their engines when I mentioned my engine was tired. Well good luck men hunting.
  12. I'm currently under going some creative modifications to stock R33 2IU turbine housing aim is to push out 270rwkws out of this and possible 290rwkws out of the OP6 rear housings. Well only if current meth works. Thanks for the support guys, I will let you know if I need your car to do trail runs.
  13. Its a CAT machinery actuator. by spec its rated to a bout 26psi. I bench tested it, it started to open at 18psi. I got skyline with 5 broken pistons at moment. So waiting for engine overhaul at this stage.
  14. This is a interesting high flow so I post. Which we turned a dead TD06 into a sleeve bearing 3076 water cooled turbo:
  15. that is to actually high flow your turbo. We will be build a 3071 52T spec sleeve bearing CHRA then machine your housings to suit it. So you get back a brand new turbo inside your factory housings. You need to send your turbo in to do that. and it takes in general around 3 working days.
  16. Yes we can high flow this turbo to archive about 450HP. It will cost $880 including GST. Every thing fit back the way it was. You don't need any new oil line or water lines for it to work.
  17. The ATR43G3 .82 is good for what you need it for. I've managed 273rwkws with it on a RB25det with 5 cracked pistons based on 17psi of boost. I'm currently experiencing actuation issues for it to hold high boost. just like this thread here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Gt...21-t289241.html The part No. came back as a CAT actuator that is made for 26psi application. I've ordered the same actuator which due for testing next week. Kwickr33 I will install this actuator to your turbo if you are happy to do some evaluations. or please wait for about a week for me to test out this new actuator. I will post up results once its done.
  18. Comp cover's also available in .50, .60 , and .70. Price cost the same. This is with Original Garrett housings.
  19. Sure. Please call before drop by. Turbo is ready for pickup.
  20. can be with .82 or .63 Garrett IW turbine. But if this is made to suit a RB25det you are commended to use the .82 rear.
  21. To fit them to your stock cooler pipe and intake pipe You need: 3inch straight silicon hose with 2.5 inch metal sleeve 2.5 inch 90 degrees angle hose with 2inch metal sleeve 4x strong T-bolt clamps 2.5inch sleeve goes into stock rubber pipe, clamp the 3inch hose on top of the pipe and turbo's inlet 2inch sleeve goes into one end of the 90 degrees 2inch angle hose with one end clamped to the turbo, the sleeve end inserts into the black intercooler pipe. Clamp tight. I've tried them with 25psi and seems to be fine. This is a cheap way to get you out of trouble. Preferred to have proper metal intake pipe and cooler pipe made up.
  22. Can supply brand new GT3076R with genuine Garrett .50 A/R comp / .82 turbine with actuator for $1750 with 12 month warranty.
  23. should get some one to buy the pair for $1600ish
  24. I had same issue with my R33. did comp test come up with 2nd cyc 145 and rest around 120ish. Turned out that I had only one good piston and the rest are with broken ring lanes. Or check your turbo for shaft play, If it has no play and spins free then it is good.
  25. Can build you a GT3071 Spec turbo in .63 rear housing internally gated with bolton patterns to your stock manifold and dump for $1450 sleeve bearing or $1750 in Ball bearing. Its good for upto 250rwkws with pretty good response and torque. Or for 2nd hand turbos you can fit a RB25Neo turbo, They are pretty good for about 200rwkws with very good response.
