  1. ATR45SAT BB model internally gated is recommended. U will need a proper cooler kit for that power. I can supply PWR front mount coolers if anyone's interested. Thats the same one as I'm currently using on the test car.
  2. Another result to share. R33 GTST running one of our ATR45SAT Ball bearing turbos externally gated on E85 fuel. Stock standard Rb25det engine with head studs, and valve springs. Car made 414rwkws @ 24psi tuned at Chequeredtuning Victoria.
  3. Rear end looks like that. cheers. thank you.
  4. Yes I do have Vband and out housings in .81 size. I can custom the turbine so it will still be responsive.
  5. Hi, Recommended turbo is our ATR43SS-2 ball bearing model in T3 .63 Vband rear housing. it will be capable of making a super responsive 350rwkws.

  8. I've used an Mishimoto 600x300x65 mm years ago on my R33 GTR it wasn't any better then the stock cooler. That was later upgraded to a 600x300x100mm which worked ok, car made 410awkws. Pretty much as what you would expect from an cheap ebay cooler, and it was only half the price back then.
  9. It should be super responsive and makes same or better power. .82 Single or .84 TS is recommended for RB30det engine.
  10. Some video to share from Monday's dyno tune. Car now has two Walbro 520L pumps installed with 12mm fuel lines. Still using ATR43SS-3 turbo, except I've installed a .82 turbine housing for this particular test. The final result was 482rwkws at a point that no more power could be made with this model.
  11. The power figure of the ATR45SS is lower then expectation, while both wheels are bigger. There is a 22 degrees difference in ambient temp differences. I will be going back to them at a later stage. I now believe the differences of E85 and 98 is under estimated. Without actual data of this model on P98, so Its just going to give a very rough estimate.
  12. Probably 360rwkws mark on P98, that would be a different boat compare to E85. ATR45SS are bigger turbos, They were however tuned in 41 and 46 degrees days, I will be doing bit more work and get back to them soon.
  13. Hi. For Rb25det, S1 turbo will do fine, no need to go for OP6. So G2 will be something that supports stock fuel system, while G3 and G4 would need to work with upgraded fuel system and programmable ecu. G3 is capable of making up to 280rwkws on P98 fuel, while G4 is capable of making up to 310rwkws on P98 fuel.

Car made 474rwkws @ 28psi, E85 fuel. With 265rwkws @ 4000RPM, Fuel system currently maxed.
  15. Hypergear Atr43ss-3 Turbocharger Test and tune 474rwkws @ 28psi fuel system maxed. Should be seeing 500rwkws+ once fuel system sorted, and still seeing 265rwkws @ 4000RPM.
  16. Far as turbos go, with a .64 rear and .60 front that is very possible, you can even up size them to GTX3071R. I found factory exhaust setup is very restrictive, so if you can run two short 3 inches pipes hanging out side of the car along with all other supporting mods you should be able to get there.
  17. Pretty good result to share, From one of our ATR45SAT BB turbo externally gated on E85 fuel. Made 407rwkws @ 20psi with plenty of head room. R33 GTST with self built Rb25det engine:
  18. Looks like a GT35 with a T04Z front wheel on it.
  19. From an engineer point of view. This is because the metal used in modern comp housing alloy forging is not hardened. What we see is the metal melted during high speed machining process and stuck to cutters and housing, that can be touched up fair easily. In most cases there is a secondary process performed on lathe that removes all the debris, deburr sharp corners and round off thin edges, but how fine it needs to be is up to the manufacture. The comp housings forged during the early 90s are better quality, materials is hardened, they don't stick on tools, can be turned at moderate speed and comes out smooth after profile cutter. Modern CNC machines has much higher chunk speed, soft alloy can now be profiled to a mirror finish, so majority of castings today are no longer treated.
  20. The ATR43SS2 BB is a capable of much higher power levels then the high flow while not been any laggier. I guess if you have external gate E85 plans for up to 440rwkws E85 the SS2 will do, and this turbo works in both internal or external gate (obviously much high power externally gated). or if your goal is roughly 300rwkws and won't be thinking of of any thing much higher, then high flowed turbo will do fine.

  22. ATR43SS-2 billet ball bearing turbo, most people tend to use them as a low mount bolt on. It works fine supporting 300rwkws on P98, Once given E85 and external gate it pulled 442rwkws with 280rwkws @ 4000RPM. This is a super fun daily or track car.
  23. ATR43SS2 BB in .63 internally gated or We can high flow your stock turbo to make around 280rwkws and that be super responsive also. This is an latest result of our latest profile of an 21U high flow on a stock engined R33 GTST with big cooler, Greddy inlet manifold, and 3.5 inches turbo back exhaust. 362rwkws @ 22psi E85 fuel.
