I'm ordering a new 'soft plume' fogger nozzle to go with the 100HP jets as the present 'Fogger 2' style is a little too squirty. The soft plume works better for even distribution and will give me a quicker 'hit' when asked for.

1995 R33 GTST 'sleeper' with NOS (Perth W.A)

It's a wet system so the injectors don't do anything extra as the mixture is preset with the kit. Therefore the factory ecu needs to do nothing as well. Works perfectly! -
yes 100Hp worth actually. and some reasonable tyres of course.
-
probably not I hope. I'm getting some larger 100HP jets shortly all the same.
-
sounds like the wastegate actuator is still the stock unit. Get yourself one with a heavier spring thats rated to your desired boost level.

Nitrous is all up and running. tuned and ready for the 100HP shot. The 50hp shot aint half bad at all -
I'm not into that sick perverted stuff like you. There are plenty of good shrinks in the phone book who can help you son.
-
Sorry I haven't seen the movie, I'm not allowed cause I can't say 'bro' properly. And everytime I hear someone say 'NAWWZ' I uncontrollably strangle people and beat them with a tuna.
-
I've fitted the nitrous today and had some testing of the 50hp jet. What alot of fun! Even pulling lowish revs in top gear it hits rather nicely. When accelerating in 2nd its like a different car, the torque increase the POWER! After today I should have it tuned down in anticipation of the 100HP jet either this afternoon or early next week.

Air filter is a cheap mod, the air-pod is not a good one without a cold air box made for it, even then it's no better than the stock airbox with a panel element. Why waste the money and time on it? Exhaust was the one you got right. Aftermarket 'chip' , as mentioned the R33 ecu doesn't have a readily available one. The jap pre-chipped ecu's are nothing short of a waste of money for the performance they offer. The intercooler is another large amount of money to outlay, is easy to incorrectly size and may make the car accelerate slower than stock. If using the stock turbo at reasonable boost levels the mod is unnecessary to achieve some good results.

the brown wire is also a 'ground' it goes on the same wire as the black wire however it is to be tapped in closer to the ecu from memory. You should also have one wire that goes to the knock sensor, you have a choice of two. In the diagram you will notice a (1) and a (2) pinout from the ecu. The best choice is the number 1 knock sensor. If you do a search in the forced induction thread you will find the wiring codes. -
I can confirm your car is 'slow as'. Because out of the factory brand new they are 'slow as'. It isn't a gtst, even they are slowish.

1 out of 4 suggestions being correct isn't bad for someone who doesn't own a skyline

go to page 1 of each of these threads. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...=&threadid=9292 http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...=&threadid=9445 They both contain mods that cost very little and will keep the car driving smoothly and with excellent response. Pods are a waste of money unless you like the loud noises they make. Just buy a K&N panel element and stick it in the stock airbox. Air filters provide very little performance gains by the way so keep it cheap. Avoid the aftermarket intercooler if you are keeping the stock turbo, they cost alot. Bottom line is too much cost for very little gain.

I reckon people who want a buy a dog and have no interest in training it shouldn't be allowed to own any. They can perhaps be allowed to own sea monkeys and algae.

I think the denim cut-off's are for a dukes of hazard theme, ala daisy duke. The problem for me is that I have chest hair, unlike the furious racing boys who must undergo ritual waxing.

I thought 2F2F was a documentary on the solitary life of the southern spotted vole? I think we have to have a 2F2F fancy dress party one day, have to dress up as a fully sik street racer and do the same to your car.

for the nats it ran pump fuel (BP98) and got 1376rwhp. Got more since. He's running the car in 'Modified Street Blown' category and last I checked he was 8.83 ,second in that class only to the Voase/Lear 454 LX hatch with it's 8.64. Maybe with his new paint job the car might beat the Torrana.

Anyone used flexible duct for turbo to afm pipe?
rev210 replied to roz85's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
you can use PVC pipe and two rubber/silicone elbows -
the german shepperd in my story was one of many animals I have looked after in a professional capacity, Some 26 during one year. It had come from an abusive household as a puppy and the new owners had not trained it out of it's fear. It was absolutely great around people once it was introduced (as any dog can be). It sadens me that people think dogs can 'socialise' without risk of major incident in public places without any form of control, true to say most outings to the dog beach will be fun filled but, the fact remains that thousands of dogs and people are injured every year because of blissfull ignorance. Sure all dogs should come with a manual but, I reckon owners should have to pass a licence test before they are allowed to own them.

I think the old Garrett Vs HKS is a silly argument. They are both garrett, one is the company that makes the parts the other is a company that tries to select the best combination for your engine The HKS turbos are built with garret bits and as we know there are plenty of parts to be matched to build the right turbo combination. The HKS units have had some development work done on each vehicle so it takes the stress out of selecting the right trims and things to get a nice responsive turbine. Having said that, there are many top level motorsport teams using garrett GT development cores of thier own design that are specially matched to their vehicles. HKS do not feature in the worlds most competitive regions becasue turbine development can be done 'in house'. On the one hand you have HKS which will offer an out of the box solution that will work but, still may not be the perfect combination of garrett parts for your particular application. On the other hand you have the choice of garret turbos and parts which to get setup better than the HKS will require expertise perhaps time and considerable cost or pure luck.

The answer to what kind of dog attacks another dog in that situation is 'all kinds of dog', it is part of their nature, if you don't assume that to begin with until the other owner has reassured you (and provided you beleive them) you place your pet at careless risk. I've seen two'friendly' labradores go at it till they both required vet attention. Breed is but a small part. Dogs even well trained ones are not safe without vigilant owners. They are very much like toddlers with bullet speed and sharper teeth, you must keep them on the leash unless you are absolutely sure there is no risk to them. The german sheppard was very well tempered but, other dogs often made it afraid and nervous. I was trying to go the other way with him but, I slowed him down to the point where the labradore caught us up and it freaked him out so he lashed out at it. I was very sorry for the owners and even more sorry for the dog.

this PAS thing is open to V8 people? Eddie Tassone's Commo would win easy if it entered. Pulled 1500rwhp on BP98. 383 holden V8 twin turbo street reg.

yep skyline is a work car only. lots of things I am looking at (rotories another skyline R32gtr/R34gtt etc.). The loudest voice in my head will win when I have the money.
