i disagree...i dont beleive that they are responsible in any way....not trying to piss you off but they fullfilled there part of the contract by transporting your car....now ANYBODY couldve been responsible for the damage......what if it had no oil when dropped off to KCC and becuase there staff drove it on the ship...are they responsible?NO its not there job to check the oil.......I think they provide a good service and i have used them many times in the past RORO and many 40ft containers of motorcycles and guess what.....I NEVER get insurance and never had a problem,according to some of the people that DID want bikes from me my containers were gunna fall off the ship with there $3000 motorbike in there:D so they never ordered,but it was nice to see there face when everyone was getting there bikes when the boxes turned up....id say cop it on the chin and start saving dude....and another choice that everyone has got if they dont like strangers driving there cars is to use containers....but No one wants to pay for that!
