  2. too much thought easy as! i got a few lengths of stainless from paramount browns some second hand factory intercooler pipes from various workshops for free cut a few holes made a few brackets and hey presto! still vl's are in the past will have to see if i can get the time off but that would be awesome!!! LUKE THATS INTENSE MATE!!! its more epic than karnivools new albumn

  10. ive checked all 16 pages of the diy thread..... how do i remove all the hicas pumps in engine bay correctly and how do i remove the abs?? anyone now of a step by step information page?
  11. legend, same goes mate ive got friday/saturday off for the next 2 months if ya need anytihng just sing out! my uncle works for nissans so ill see how much he can get a hose kit for.
  12. hahahahahah yeah the homeless look is what comes from working way to much on a cramped engine bay luke your my inspiration at the moment!! your keeping me going! ive had two nights off but im gonna get stuck into the engine bay tomorrow night.. strip out hicas pumps/tidy all engine wiring and look at stripping out abs... doubt ill spray whole engine bay but i recon ill do some touch ups! you can help me reasemble my 26 did you get a full hose/breather kit? if so where from?

  16. wow, epic mate!! going for a very similar build myself except using the t517z option. ran them for 5000 km on factory motor.. engine went up to builders yesterday arvo. some of my internals arent as flash but your detailed build thread will certainly help when the time comes to put mine back together. ill be following this thread for sure. its inspirational!! thanks!
  17. very very nice mate. mine is off getting a rebuild at the moment. running t517'z aswell. justwondering what your best power figure was on wht boost with the 2.6 and t517z's. was it still capable of decent response? ive found mine to be abit sluggish but thats with no cams/headwork and factory bottom end untill i get it back

  19. engine is ummmmm finally out! but its a bitter sweet feeling... knowing there is still so much more to be done! i love working on my baby but my body and mind are nearly fried!

  21. happy bday luke! a huge thanks to sir stirling (dstirls) has helped me with the biggest shitstorm ever... e.g. my 32 having a pull type clutch hence why the engine would not come out withought some tweaking inside the bellhousing... we are close and headed in the right direction.. fingers crossed for tomorrow and hopefully we will finally get there.

  23. ok so its been 5-6 pain staking nights and 1 full day today.. ive got the motor disconnected and floating around except for the gearbox is still hanging by a thread... ive got approx 5 mm gap all the way around the bellhousing and motor but it still wont come out?? git it jacked high enough so the engine mounts just clear enough to come forward. is there any tricks to this?? we speant about 3 hours this arvo and coudlnt get it to come any further forward...
