i highly doubt it!! it would have minnimal if any effect on the cars ability to cool.. tell him to check the obvious: coolant level, thurmostat and his radiator could be blocked.... if its an extreme issue tell him to take it to the pros and have radiator backflushed new thermostate and fresh coolant... an overheated engine can cause permenant damage

that price sounds fairly decent to me.... if not very good!! i payed 900 for my hd clutch on rb20det vl.... flywheel needed alot of grinding.. said it would hold 240rwkw... its done well so far.... thank god your not going for a button clutch. 1800 plus fitting on the gtr

i agree with the cull altho i dont agree with the expense.... just get every man and his dog to go hunting!! make roo hunting a national icon keep the numbers down i say... sure its nice to see a few up the flinders but numbers do need to be controlled worms i love roo meat but this has rewined it for me

if you have the coin id go the arc airbox but the best cheap and very effective option just make the intake to the box larger and duct it to a dry cool place at the front of the car.. i personally have twin pods with a custom carbon heatshield/box

im sorry but alot of this is wrong!!! threads like this have been done time and time again..... there was a thread a while back where i put up the results of all the most common pods!! not gonna go into as much detail but those saying APEXI... bullcrap they cost four times more for half as much quality 3 a racing 1st flow 601cfm (yes i couldnt believe it a cheapie and no i dont use these personally) K&n secondish flow 579cfm simota secondish flow 594cfm but poor filtration (APEXI) CRAP 533 cfm tenzo AEM hks direct trust airinx all between 550 and 500 cfm and not the best filtration thankyou i personally use twin drift filters cant remember what the figures were but they werent in the test... i do know these area fairly good tho
