Hi guys/gals Does anyone have a standard turbo that I could have a look at, measure up etc. I have an option of buying a different turbo and want to check how different the connections etc are. I know of someone who is willing to fabricate anything needed to get it to fit, but I want to know how different they are. The turbo that I am considering is one from a RS Turbo that has been recently rebuilt. It is physically larger and can hold higher boost. On the RS it is a bit laggy, but as it is only a 2ltr, but I hope it will be better on the larger engine. If you have any thoughts, I would love to hear them. BUT If you have a standard turbo lying around your garage floor can I have a look at it. Thanks Mike

I wouldn't imagine that it would be too hard to replace. The current one is not working and needs to be replaced. Any ideas of where to buy from? I don't really want to go through the mechanic and get their fitting cost on top of the part....

Any one know how much an Oxygen Sensor cost?

Afternoon all.... Just thought I would let you know about a little incident I had the other day (in Woodridge). Stopped in to pick something up from a shop cause it was cheaper than anywhere else and was only there for 10 minutes.... Came out and the GT badges from the sides had disappeared. NOT HAPPY JAN! Good old Woodridge. Does anyone have any spare?? or know of how much they cost. Am currently doing a search at Just Jap etc...

I would love to come... Did a performance drive last monday which was great. Had 4 sessions on the QR full track which was excellent. Car is still stock (have a SAFC2 untuned) and reached 180km/h on back straight and 170km/h front straight. Could go on for hours, la la la.... (have some footage, soon to be in MPG format). Want to do it again.... BUT..... Thats the day my first kid is due into the world. I think I would be shot if I went. Would be good to see Melv's car on the track. Would have been interesting to see it up against the 911 GT3 that was there. Oh well, maybe next time.
