AFM or f**ked plugs Id say. Mine did the same thing, New set of plugs and cleaned the AFM with elec. contact cleaner and she was apples. Check for vac/boost leaks as well.

As for the Pod.... the bolt pattern isnt for RB30AFM's..... so either change AFM or get another pod that fits. And as long as it's securly mounted, you should be ok.

I just bought a Samsung 50" Plasma for $2400, and last week I saw it for $1998 at the Good Guys Mile End. Brilliant TV, Had it right next to the same size samsung LCD, and the plasma shat all over it.
