for a turbo back exhaust system i doubt it ive never had one crack on me or any of the cars ive done all the systems ive done have just been 1.6mm 304 grade stainless.. works perfectly find never had any crack leak or anything

dont use 321.. its not needed just use 304 grade stainless.. half the price of 321 and does the exact same job.

ive never really taken much notice of gas before.. but was it to risky running the extra 4 degrees of timing with it? or was it taken out just as a safety messure?

Jun make a muffler thats 3.5 inlet.. nice stainless unit refered to as "spiral BL" from memory.. it has to be the quietest muffler i have ever heard might be worth a shot? however they are not cheap

if you want to try multiple holes you could look at possibly drawing it up and working out how many halfinch or inch holes you could fit in the flange

one thing thats cheap that you could try to see if it knocks a bit of noise out of it.. get an exhaust flange cut the same as wat your currently running.. but with a 1.5inch hole in it pass the test.. and pull it out

running 19's isnt really goin to help either as your basically on big rubber bands.. perhaps drop down to 18's or 17's.. and try get a bit of sidewall working with you aswell.. but it really does come down to suspension -
what you need to do to make sure it doesnt crack or any manifold for the matter is make sure the exhaust system is properlly supported around the back of the gearbox this is one of the main causes of manifolds cracking.. exhausts only having mounts at the back.. rest of the system hanging off the turbo and manifold im quite suprised tho.. 1100 for the manifold and you chose the stainless one over a 6boost mani?
