  1. wat size fittings are the large and the small ones coming out of the bottom?
  2. 5" round body, 200csi metal inside - 706.2 CFM <<<=== that cat looks IDENTICAL to my 5inch body metal cat on the inside how ever i have 4inch in and out.. but i may be needing one for a r32 GTST bolt in.. 5inch round body one bolt in for r32 with flanges and temp sensor i will let you know today if i need it.. will speak to the guy todayseeing as its 440am

  5. sorry to say mate.. but its a rb20 if you want heaps of power around that rev range.. you might even have to go a 320hp GT25 by garrett.. but than your probaly looking at around 220ishrwkw (rough guess) rb20's are wierd with turbo choices.. glad i never ended up modifyn my rb20 as the cost i could have spent on it ive ended up with a 26 with a few little mods instead but each to there own

  7. neo with cams than.. the response of a gtrs on a rb25 is amazing.. he's after 280rwkw right.. well non neo gets 300 with cams.. a neo should get similar with cams than i'd imagine.. 280rwkw with gtrs lag would be wat i'd want.. rather than 280rwkw with gt30 lag..

  9. dont do it.. your looking at 5500rpm if not a bit later.. before getting 1 bar they are not a very well matched turbo specialy for a rb20
  10. i havent read the whole 6 pages.. just majority of the last page.. when it comes to turbos you get wat you pay for.. and i'd rather pay for the quaility of garrett or hks when it comes down to it.. as for warpzor running 7psi for traction issures in 1st and 2nd(understandable) than 16-18psi 3rd-4th and 7psi in 5th for crusiing.. thats just stupid if your cruising you should be in vacume so boost doesnt matter
  11. go back to the shop you got the turbo from and get that elbow.. rb20 one wont go on with out major stuffing around.. simply not work it..
  12. 280rwkw? in bolt on form.. cant go past GTRS with supporting mods.. people have pushed 300rwkw with them.. so why not? minimal lag.. good power curve.. thats wat i'd be choosing to get that sort of power figure

  17. lol the amount of talk that happens around cairns is just amazing.. theres so much bullshit.. one of the funniest ive heard of is some turbo bug that ihe claims is "qld's quickest street rego'd bug" yet when it was on the dyno.. it only made 164rwhp (omg thats gotta be a record) and he's never raced it down the strip.. and he wont bring it out to race thats the sorta shit im sick of hearing.. its even worse that people actualy believe him but anyway shit happens people are stupid anyway.. send us a pm when you've got your results after final full power tune if you can please looking forwards to seeing the results

  19. lol that is so true its not funny.. i got banned from another forum for expressing the truth and well.. now threats of being bashed (oh f**king no...) but yer.. its amusing how some people expect you to listen to there complete utter crap(wat they believe to be the truth) yet when you tell them the real truth.. they just cant handle it.. im almost at the stage were i dont want anything to do with the f**kwits invloved with the scene around here.. i'll happily go out for a bit of a run and play around.. but other than that.. dont want nothing to do with a few of them cause of the bitchyness that goes on.. simply want to have fun.. not constantly argue for no f**king reason about wat computer is better who builds better cars blah blah blah you know the usual crap either way gone way off track to wat the thread is.. very nice setup looking forward to seeing results once fully tuned
  20. nice target.. i wouldnt really worry to much about goin to a setup with transbrake and rwd... many many people have done so using 4wd.. weather it be using slicks or street tyres just learn to shift gears quickly with out missing good luck achieving your target dude i plan to run similar times in the s13 once ive finished everything that i want to do to it (using a manual aswell not a auto)
  21. didnt exactly mean im telling you your wrong for doin it.. just curious as to why.. anything can be done just comes down to money.. as far as i know power fc does actualy have a stationary rev limit feature how ever you need the proper software to accesss it (just goin by wat ive been told.. so theres a 50/50 chance im wrong) also i'd imagine setup for drag.. so 4wd would be an advantage i'd imagine.. wat times are you looking at running?
  22. this is wat ive always been told in regards to coolers.. bar and plate coolers better but doesnt flow aswell as tube and fin tube and fin flows better than bar and plate but doesnt cool aswell yet in saying that was also taught this.. if you can only fit a small intercooler go for a bar and plate due to its cooling aspects how ever if you can fit a rather large cooler in say something like a 600x300x76.. go for tube and fin for its flowing aspects.. feel free to tell me im wrong n wat not.. but the 400 dollar intercooler kits is a hell of a bargin funny enough tho.. i run a 600x300x76 bar and plate cooler on front of the silvia.. had it for ages sitting around am looking at getting rid of it and goin a thicker tube and fin item tho
  23. any particular reason why converting to rwd and auto.. instead of buying a gtst and putting a rb26 in it with a auto? sort of defeats the purpose of a gtr if you ask me
  24. doesnt matter wat you make it out of it'll work the same.. alloy for lightness stainless for shinyness(stays shiner longer than alloy) or mild steel on the cheap all you need is a mig welder n some mild steal bends and a drop saw its rather easy to do.. if you want alloy.. probaly better to buy the apexi kit.. if you want stainless for showy shine.. and you have your own tig.. and can weld .. go for it
