well considering your compressor wheel has shit itself aswell i'd be throwing your intercooler out as it'll more than likely be cheaper to replace it than cut the end tanks off and get it cleaned out as best it can be with the chance there could still be some bits n pieces wedged in there all your intercooler piping will need to be cleaned extremely well you'd be very lucky to have not sucked any of that compressor wheel into the motor itself.. i'd be very suprised if it hasnt damaged the motor i'd still be pulling it down regardless to clean everything and check there isnt any major damage done already. perhaps your exhaust wheel is wedged into your cat convertor?

grab something solid and tap your exhaust just before the cat.. my bet is you'll hear the exhaust wheel jiggling around in there.. time to upgrade for you.

whats the reason for replacing the stocker? is it blown? chasing more power? do you have fmic exhaust pfc and other supporting mods if so..

i believe ray was involved in all the latest devolopments in the autronic with the plugin SM4? but looks like he's taken it to a whole new level and gone out to do it all himself i will definately be looking into this product for my gtr after the engine rebuild as im local to ray and i know he has a hub pack dyno in his workshop and would probaly be classed as one of the best people in australia for this sort of thing

NEVER again.. turned out great tho but f**k that.. closest ill come to polishing now is hitting welds on ic piping to take the burn mark off with the hard stitched wheel.. other than that i try to buy my piping polished already.. saves me alota work

wat you didnt read was were i said the lowest point of my exhaust was 110-115mm clearance and that was right were it went under the diff.. car never had any scraping issues and was far from "stupidly low" the car even made it up my driveway which was almost impossible for any car that wasnt factory height

majority of the restrictions on cars with 3" exhausts is either the muffler or the cat.. a well made 3" will flow 400rwkw chasing much more than that tho it is worth steppinh up to 3.5 or 4

thinnest my supplier has is 1.6 in 4inch and 3.5.. can do 3inch in 1.2 tho if your that concerned about weight.. you can go titanium.. but that will cost an arm and a leg...
