hey people im installling a tacho and i need to trck down the tacho feed. i have all the apropriate testing equipment to find it, however i need to GET to the back of the cluster first. i found a guide telling you how to pull the entire dash apart, however id prefer a simpler and less time consuming method if possible as all i need is one simple tacho feed. thanks ardie

perhaps theres a pinch sumwhere in the line causing a backlog of pressure? just my 2c

hi, im putting in a new set of platinum plugs which i have gapped to .8 into my 33, however i cannot get hold of a compressor (evey1 i know who has 1 is away, has busted theirs or isnt answering their phones) so i was just woundring if it is really all that necessary to clean the area around the plugs with compressed air prior to removal? cheers ardie

oh yeah i got suspension and brakes already 2 (car came 2 me from japan with a few little goodies) but u do make a good point, i just want something thats a little different, there seems 2 be alot of people in mid 2 high 200s but few with 300

$$$ isnt an issue, as i always say, if your going 2 do something, do it right. im not just going 2 bolt on a big turbo and leave stock internals, i plan on making an engine that is reliable and powerful while also versatile. im lucky in that i have a reasonably large income and very low cost of living as iv deferred from uni in order 2 build up this car and get it over and done with within the year. (yes! im a geek and still live with my parents lol.....well atleast i live with them for the few months that they are in the country/state)

hey people, i have an r 33 series 2 that i purchased recnetly, and i am looking at upgradeing the turbo. my ideal power output at the end of the buildup would be atleast 300 rwkw to maaaaaby 350. i want a turbo that isnt super laggy as i dont want the car to be a one trick pony, id like a versitile ride. the two turbos that i am thinking of purchasing are a gt35-40 or a TD07. if anybody could give me any advice concerning the turbos or any suggestions at all in regards 2 my topic it would be much appreciated cheers ardie

when i put my FMIC on i ran some pipeing through where the old bottom pip was (now on opposing side of engine bay) it pops up riht under the pod, very little modification/effort required

thanks guys, iv been looking at the jap DINs but i was thinking of something that perhaps would mount a little higher, more within sight, but at the moment the just jap din seems like the only thing around that will meet both the function and looks i want. ill get some better pics in the nxt couple days, the 1 in my avatar is the only 1 i got atm and its from the 1st day i had it, hence the lack of cooler and the jap rego stickers still resideing on the windscreen
