hey everybody, i just recently purchased a pretty stock r33 gtst sII, it came with full adjustable zeal sus all round, works white 18s, HKS pod, HKS super dragger exhaust, high flow cat (unknown brand) and HKS turbo timer timer. since my purchase 3 weeks ago i have added a front mount, EBC, and an a pillar mount with a stuart warner ultra shift light and tacho in one slot and a defi style drift boost gauge in the other. i am looking at mounting other guages, but i dislike simply bolting the gauges as i think it looks somewhat "bitzy" (couldnt think of a better word 2 describe it) i was thinking of mounting the guages in the DIN but it seems as though i may struggle 4 room there, so i was woundering if anybody had some suggestions? i would like to keep it quite simple and maintian a smooth look 4 aesthetic appeal if possible. cheers ry

hey guys, thanks 4 the help, im gonnna do that at work on monday, 4 the mean time i have sliced off the small section of the original pipeing where the connection was and placed it in where the tap needs 2 be beacuse lukily my imitation hybrid kit had a small pipeing section there around 20 cm long which connected 2 the plenum and cooler pipeing (if that makes sense) thanks 4 the advice guys, much appreciated ardie

the new pipes alloy, its a hybrid kit, n e suggestions as 2 how 2 connect it as there is no line 2 which it can go

: hey, i just installed my frontmount, and theres a small black rubber pipe that came off of the original coolers top pipeing. i dont know what it is but theres no adaptor for it on the new top pipe. i was woundering if anybody could tell me what it is and what should i do about it? cheers ardie

hey, iv been searching everywhere for a HKS SSQV adaptor for a 33 and im so desperate 2 fit this thing tis killing me, if anybody knows where i could get one it would be immensly appreciated cheers ry

ahh that might explain it, last time i did one on my mates VL turbo after a hard drive and i managed 2 burn my hands an impressive number of times, so when i did this it was cold. how would that have affected it? i got the actual readings back and there was only 3 psi variation accross all cylinders

Hey, i recently purchased a 96 r33 gtst series 2. i just ran a compression test on it the other day and found the readings hovered between 135 - 140 psi. this seems low 2 me cosidering the high compression of the rb25 but i might be wrong. i was just woundering if anybody could shine some light on if this is an issue or are these compressino ratios the expected? any advice would be much appreciated as i am worried that i have purchased a lemon.
