  1. Ok so now my car is turning over and all primed, but its not starting. Im thinking that maby the AFM is wireed incorrectly as i had to hardwire the q45 when I had it on theere with the old utrbo setup and now that im going back to stock the rb25 one has to be hardwired too, so im thinking that maby I have the plugs mixed up. Any other ideas on why this hunk o crappo isnt starting, I REALLY need it to be going, im talking life or death (ok well maby more like big chunk of cash or kick the crap outta my car) Cheers Ryan
  2. ok so I got it to turn over with the help of my mates 180, but then! once the lines were primes, I reconnected the CAS and went to start her up and it didnt want to start firing. I checked all the idle gear and the throttle setup and all thats fine, same with the cas obviously. I out the stock ECU back in last night., but its not like thats rocket science. Only thing I was thinking that it may be is the AFM as I had to harwire it again as it was hardwired onto the old q45 and I didnt have the original plug.
  3. Yeah, i tried using a battery out of a mates car and it didnt work, im going to pull his 180 up to it and try jump start it. Bear in mind here that im not looking to actually START the car, I need it to prime all the lines, you know, when you disconnect the CAS
  4. Ok so as a few of you might know I have been taking my car back to stock and today I finally got it all finished. So I went to prime the Lines by disconnecting the CAS and then turning it over and then my heart sinks. I turn the key and it makes that crappy really fast tick tick tick sound that it makes when your battery is flat. I had a quick look but couldnt see what was wrong so I decided Id throw this up here and have a brainstorm with some of the fellow minds on SAU so please, any ideas you have please shoot them at m,e as the new owner is expeciting his car tomorrow night and I dont want to dissapoint him
  5. Ok so to clarify, its a stocky as Im taking the car back to stock. And the banjo bolts I think I have mixed up are the oil feed that screws into the turbo, and the water return banjo that screws into the block If anybody could tell me what sizes they are, that woudl be awesome Cheers
  6. ok so im trying to put in the oil banjo back in atm and it just doesnt seem to have the length in the thread for some reason? It will thread in for a thist or two and then stops, it almost feels like its the wrong thread, and then when i sit the two next to one another the threads seem no to match up which has me thinking that the one that I thought was the actual oil feed banjo may not infact be it So I think I have gotten the bolts mixed up. Bothe the bolts are more or less the same when I sit them next to one another, the one that I think is the "water" actually has a slightly smaller internal diameter, with the only real difference being the length of the thread
  7. Ok so I was working on the car, taking it back to stock for sale late last night/early morning and finished up and went to bed. When I went back out there this morning to look at it in the daylight I realised that I had used the block banjo from a spare water feed line as the oil feed banjo on the turbo if that makes sense. Looking at the two side by side, their dimensions are very similar with the water banjo being longer. They both run the same threads obviously, so this begs the question, do you think Ill be able to get away with leaving it in there? Only reason is I find it really hard to get time to work on it given work commitments and others but at the same time I don’t want to sell the car as a lemon Cheers Ryan
  8. As the topic says, I am in desperate need of both of these so any help would be very appreciated, I dont have net at home so if you could SMS me if you have one on 0415658595 it would be awesome, cheers
