    Nibblers

Used a nibbler pretty much daily at my work but as you said the half moon cut offs are annoying as well and we would spend more time in clean up then actually doing a job. If its non complicated straight lines your mainly doing (which is what we normally for access panels into sheet metal at work) we swapped over to some straight shears which means no more half moon cut outs just long curly pieces of metal from the line you cut.
  2. DMD seems to be popular for body kits but they are on the south side now.
  3. Nice work man and the colour looks to be spot on in the photos as well.
  4. im happy with the result, $900 was for fitting and painting the front and rear bar, re-allignment of my doors (they started to sag), painting some after market mirrors (not on the car atm), touching up the side skirts and they also did a few little touch ups here and there. They even provided me with a small tub of paint incase there was some extra touch-ups i wanted to do myself. They use a camera system to colour match where they take a photo of the paint and tells them what its made up of or something, the guy was telling me about but had to leave in a hurry because there was another guy trying to get out around my car and I didn't trust his driving.
  5. If you dont mind the trip I have heard good things about EFI Performance, They are on the website as well. I am looking at getting mine done through them when I have the money
  6. Well I did manage to get the car back today. if I have time i might see how I go fitting up those DIY lips from Charles. I might try the carbon wrap on them to. No way in hell I could have done that good a job for $900. They also gave me some paint in a small container for any touchups I need to do and they also went and did the major touch ups for me.
  7. I feel you pain buddy, I had an unpainted BN front bar on my car for almost a year as I destroyed my last front bar and had my full Do-Luck on order (Took 8 months to get a copy). I felt like scum taking my car out with a front bar in primer but the car is at the body shop now so once I get the car back I should be back to the one colour again.
  8. If only you were in QLD. Getting married late August and need the R32 detailed before
  9. I think we need to get the others from the 1st group buy to show some pics in here on how they look on different cars. Once my car is out of the panel shop (hopefully wednesday now) I might be able to get some pics up.
  10. There is a guy on Boost selling the Viva Garage R32 GTR Vented bonnet for $250 but I dunno if he still has it, I would have got it but would have rather stock GTR or the Blits one. Here is the link http://www.boostcrui...howtopic=736706 More then happy to take your GTR bonnet as a finders fee
  11. Here is a quick and nasty job for you.
  12. My car is going into the body shop on Monday and I have been quoted $800 for fitting and painting of my bodykit (thats without skirts) and new mirrors painted and a door allignment.
  13. Im in 2 minds about the whole thing, I have always looked at things as if I wanted to mod the car you get a run of the mill skyline (GTS-T or GTR) and if you wanted to spend abit extra upfront and not mod it you go for the limited edition. Take the R32 GTR V-Spec II, I know there is more numbers then a NUR R34 but when one pops up for sale and its missing the BBS rims the first question people always ask is where are the BBS rims and then it carries over to other things. At the end of the day as long as you can provide the original items with the car when time comes to sell people really can't complain. Also the reason I said I am in 2 minds is from reading what Kristian posted about his car..... I think I just creamed a little with that story and if I was pro bank robber I would be knocking down his door throwing money at him for his car.
  14. I want your bonnet but the GTR one Mind me asking how much Blits are charging for them these days?
  15. would prolly work out cheaper to fly up here and drive the car back then finding one locally I still can't believe this hasn't sold.
  16. can you PM with a total price posted to 4114
  17. My first car was the trusty Holden/Isuzu Gemini. Ended up having soo much rust in it after a few years it had to be sold to a gemini wrecker and then I got the R32.
  18. if its the same Taleb Tyres as the forum member here I wouldn't be too worried, I ordered some Toyo R888's through him but I know there were in stock and paid on last Thursday and they arrived Monday at my door in Brisbane. Even had fragile sticker tape on them which I found funny.

  20. Dude I know how you feel about the wedding thing (getting married in August myself) and luckily the g.f wants to use my car as her wedding car so maybe its time you did some convincing to yours . Oh also free bump to the cheapest 34 GT-T I have ever seen, God I wish I had money.
  21. I'll be down for the GB. I still have about $300 worth of shit in my amazon account I haven't got around to ordering yet so this saves me spending that money now
  22. Im 28 and use my 93 R32 GTS-T as weekend car as I have the work car for the week. Got the Skyline when I was 24 so have been slowly spending money on it.
