Feel free to close thread mods. Car I found is grade 4, 60,000kms with full service history. Car seems to be in great condition according to the pictures. Now the long wait begins....

This car came through at the auctions probably 1 month ago now. Sold for what would have been around 50k aud delivered from memory. Iron chef found a car for me. The purchase is not complete so don't want to say too much just yet. Thanks to all those who were on the lookout

I'm beginning to consider cars outside my original specs simply because the ideal car isn't coming up. Id consider my budget fairly healthy at around 40-45 imported. So far I've missed a few grade 4/4.5 that were a little closer to 50k delivered. I'm putting those misses down to the fact that all of those cars had around/under 20,000 kms. My quest continues....

I've seen that one, not a big fan. Too many bits and pieces I'd remove and its boosted...

I'm in the process of trying to find one. I have Troy from Iron Chef looking in Japan. Its been a couple of months now with barely any luck. I've been looking for a 4.5 with less than 60k and have a fairly decent budget but am getting 1 car a week, if that, and most seem to have really low km (under 20k) and seem to exceed my budget. I have only considered one car in Aus and that was the gunmetal nismo edition that sold a few weeks. I'm too impatient for this... I guess the search continues Oh and if anyone is thinking of selling, please let me know.

Depends on the quality of the car and specs. Normal GTR vs V-spec etc. Dont particularly want to spend more than 35-40k but in saying that I may spend up to 50k for the right car.

I would really like a good one. Not sure if you're ready to sell? Anyone else?

I have no doubt the car is amazing... but a bit too pricey for me. The market is slow, even in Japan. I guess I'll just have to keep waiting

I've seen that one, unfortunately it is out of my budget.... its seems the owner has a premium on it due to it being a Nismo edition.
