My decision was made by the fact that it's a sporty looking, rear wheel drive, brand new car under 40k.... Everything else I have considered is 40+ I'd probably take the car to Subaru for servicing haha... The Toyota exterior is much more appealing.

RRP is not released yet but prices are said to be below VW golf Gti price which is $38,000 A dealer from NSW is a member of the ft86 forum or whatever it's called, he's been told that people will be pleasantly suprised with the price. I'm happy to pay $35,000. Deposit will be refundable... Probably be like $500 or so. Once I get it than I'll try sell the 33

The vtir model is better than gli, also have better features. They are selling for roughly the same price. I know I'd rather the Vtec motor than the carby motor. I don't think his brother is buying the car for e-reps, it's just a daily

Civics are great. All parts are dirt cheap from the states. Don't matter if its got 200k it'll last forever!
