That's exactly how Chris works. He basically won't leave a job alone until he's satisfied the job is done right, which might not be done all in one day. If he takes a week, he takes a week, and every time I've gotten my car back from him it's been superb quality work. As for the squeaky Stagea, He's training his new right hand man I think, I wouldn't worry about it too much, take it back & he should fix it properly.

From memory when one of the magazines (I think it was HPI) did a project build on an R34 GT-t they dynoed it before they did anything to get a comparison, and they got something like 148rwkw But I've also heard people claim around 160-170.

Well I didn't buy an R33, but I find that if you're buying from anywhere (local or interstate), you're better off buying private. Dealers are too often just willing to say anything to get your money and offload the car. That being said, I'm sure there are dealers in Sydney that are a worthwhile place to buy a 33 (or any import) from. I had a little bit of involvement with the purchase of Frink's car (i.e. I was there when he first saw it ), and he seemed to have gone through one of the better car yards.

Now that, that is funny.
