Blitz Blow Off Valve for sale, good condition, $200.

Hi, just wanting to know about the installation of the blow off valve. Apparently it's suppose to be 6 inches from the throttle body. But on the R33 skylines, you go 6 inches from the throttle body and there's something there. Is that a blow off valve from the factory or is it something else? And to put an after market one on do I rip that one off and replace it or get it welded somewhere else? Thanks
