Hi guys I have a S2 R33 GTST. I want to buy a manual boost controller, but do i need to rewire the standard boost solenoid so that im always boosting around 7psi (before adding the controller). probably been covered before, did a search but cant find anything that helps. Thanks Also where abouts is the boost solenoid?

Hey I know the inside between series 1 and series 2 GTSTs are different. I am lookin at a 1996 R33 but it has the same steering wheel, seats and lights as a series 1. could this be an early 1996 or is it just a 95???? Please help i need answers ASAP Thanks

All automatic cars that ive ever driven seem to have a bit of a jerk when i put them from reverse-drive or drive-reverse. Dont worry about it unless your gearbox starts crunching, then you got problems.

Im with Cro_boy_Mario. Get the 2.25 or 2.5 My R33 GTS came with a 4" catback exhaust and 5" tip and was loosing power (some retard japanese owner obviously didnt understand the concept of back pressure).

But if i have a pre-purcahse inspection and diagnostic done before i buy the car it will tell me if there are any problems with the engine wont it? As the for the clutch i may have that also looked at to see if its in good condition. And in repsect to the gearbox i hear RB25DET boxes dont break easily, is this true?

Congratulations mate! my first car was a 94 R33 GTS. Was a great car and now im upgrading to a turbo. N/As are great for fuel and insurance purposes in comparison to the turbo versions (as stated above). And if i had a turbo for my first car i am positive i would have crashed it. So (as stated above) dont let people talk to you down about it. If turbo drivers give you shit about driving an N/A tell them your replacement parts cost a shitload less then theirs.
