  2. Shell have started producing a 100 RON fuel too. Optimax Extreme i believe it is called. It uses 5% ethanol to achieve said RON. Some fuel for thought.
  3. The Kits very nice, quite a decent model of an R32. Maybe why the car has such low K's is because it was hardly driven? The only thing that would concern me would be extended periods of time where the car Wasn't turned on. And what are those 2 black things on the boot? look like u can padlock the boot?
  4. Hey guys, I was just wanderin if there are any kits or any workshops that have doors that go upwards instead of outwards for a R34 or R33. Like the one on the nengun homepage. Any help appreciated
  5. I'm just curious what are Ratings? i hear of rating 1 through 4
  6. I'll bump this as i'm VERY interested myself.
  7. just a quick stupid question....what is this "pfc or power fc" i keep hearing about?
  8. Understood prevention is the best cure, but i was really asking for the "what ifs". Thnx anyways
  9. Guys as per my other post, i might be gettin a skyline soon, and they are obviously more targetted then some other cars for defects. If i purchase a second hand car, from a dealer, and i get pulled over, how can i prove the work was done professionally? (as i understand you just have to have a receipt showing it was done to some standards or soemthing correct?) because i dont wanna get pulled over and told to take my exhaust off, or defected on any part. Cheers, Niss
  10. Um...just wandering http://www.allblitz.com.au/cars/013_nskyline33silver.html http://www.prestigemotorsport.com.au/au/st...sp?StockID=3716 Same car? WAY different prices. Are they both tryin to sell the same car from Japan? and one is with ORC's and tyres and the other isn't?
  11. Just car insurance. okay i'll check em out. Any word on where Aussie car compliance is located primarily?
  12. Hey guys, I am relatively dull when it comes to Skylines. I have picked up on a few things, and i have basic car knowledge, but i am considering buying a skyline soon, and seem set on a R33. Granted i wont have the money for a R34 (though i prefer its looks and i understand they are faster/go harder) Okay, a few questions 1 - I see lots of Skylines around, so if i need spare parts are they easy to pick up at wreckers? 2 - What insurance company could you recommened? I might be going with "Young and Cool" granted i'm only 20 The other thing is, i am looking to go through "Aussie Car Compliance". Now i can't seem to figure out where these guys are based. They seem to have locations around Aus? Are they a good company? Finally, what should i look/look out for in a second hand skyline? I am not too sure on turbo's and the like, and i have been warned about the turbo's on some older skylines (round 95's or 96's) can be a bit old/dodgy. I am aware i could get some people to inspect it before buying, but should i worry if going through aussie car compliance? They seem to deal alot in skylines, ie. they know their shit. Any help would be appreciated guys.
