I have a neo rb25 in my r32 gtst. Bought it with it in already.The car was a bit rough in a few areas. First the exhaust was crap, so i put a 3'' under it highest flowed cat as possible.... Spit waste gate stainless dump pipe, already had a trust cooler on it. 450x300x100. Im running 8psi and it spun 205kw@ wheels.. How much boost can you run and torture these turbos? I have done countless searches on the internet and have come up with a loss everytime.... Doe's anyone know where I can find specs? Or doe's anyone have any that they wouldn't mind passing on? I have to say I find the NEO 25 to be a completely different power compared to my old s1 25. It is alot smoother and seems to have alot more torque top end...

I put a rb25 box in mine... The way to go! You need a r32 gtr speedo drive, modified tail shaft, re drill and slot your gear box cross member bolt holes.

I have exploded three of them! This neo r32 one is dying verry fast i think... My old rb25 powered r32 blew two.. I reved it to limiter and grabbed second then it exploded... I pulled it down with dad i slit second gear in half... Not bad boxes,but they dont like rb25 power and torque..

I have had two rb25 powered lovely r32's. The first one as soon as ya let the clutch out instant twins, hellies etc.. I now have another one with neo power with a few mods etc... This one will drop twins only when ya grab second??? Around corners in first it just blazes single and then second it only drops twins when it feels like it.. Anyone??

hey dude did ya machine the flywheel when ya changed the clutch? I did the same thing a while back.. kept blowing the crappy lashy 20 box. I put a 25 box in and new clutch.. Got lazy, and i didnt bother getting the flywheel machined for the life of that clutch it just slipped and fried every time on boost...

Check your centre bearing dude.... The rubber lets go on them when they get older and rubber perrishes...

the belts are only $89.50... Auto bahn and stuff charge $109etc. All places sell gates belts mainly.... Nissan belts no worries... I spun 205 kws at wheels @8psi definately standard belts ok..

hi man i have a neo 25 in a r32. I went to nissan and bought all the parts cost $360 all up that was a timing belt, tensioner,new water pump. Its worth doing the lot if ya have the coin! If ya just change the belt, the tensioner could seize futher down the track wear the belt and snap! Ya dont want that! Plus the timing belt has to be removed to change water pump.... So also if it stuffs up to you have to pay more mechanic bills! Get the drift....

you can count me in on that.. missus (mum's taxi) might bring her car too let us know times and stuff man..
