  1. it would appear that cars getting bigger is a trend from more manufacturers than just bmw. for instance, the new lancer compared to the first magna.
  2. push rod engines dont rev, dont make power, and are clearly handicapped.
  3. didnt see either one of yous out there tonight. for shame. was fairly amusing, enough though there wasnt much actually cruising. oh, and my balls are worn out. (people who went will know... lol)
  4. the other points in your post hold some merit, i think the contrary, but whatever, if it does see production, many aspects will change. as for the bit about the holden badge, open your bollocksing eyes. stop being so damn single minded. its attitudes like that which cause so much trouble in the automotive 'enthusiast' scene. appreciate the car for what it is, dont simply write it off because of the badge. made me lol edit, bollocks. nicely done to whoever set that up.
  5. all alloy, cross bolted and ribbed construction. 4 cams. 4 valves per cylinder. 6 bolt main caps. FORGED steel crank and factory blueprinted internals. techy enough for you? damn toyota V8's. personally id go for a hybrid nissan V8. VH architecture, 4.1 litre block, and 4.5 litre pistons, rods, crankshaft and custom camshafts. why the 4.1 litre block you ask? superior design. why the 4.5 litre internals you ask? they fit right in. so why the hell not?
  6. haha, sure thing ben. just hook me up with some tyres afterwards eh?
  7. unless said soarer is a uzz32, then its a damn jetski
  8. thats actually pretty cool...
  9. maybe interested. location? and explanation for the above outlined discrepency?
  10. yeah, it is a bit, but thems the brakes. just gonna try and have some fun with it before someone else drives her away.
  11. been put in a position where i pretty much have to sell it. dont have much to say in the matter unfortunately
  12. ill be there. might be one of my last drives in the celsior aswell.
  13. extrude honing is using an abrasive media paste to port and clean heads and manifolds etc. picture a thick paste being pushed through and exhaust manifold, has the same effect as hand polishing, but can reach places you couldnt with a dremel also known as 'abrasive flow machining'. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abrasive_Flow_Machining havent heard of anyone in adelaide that does it though...
  14. is there going to be a cruise this friday? ive apparently got friday off, and i havent driven the celly in a few days...
  15. bah! bloody clipsal. work was flat out all weekend. we only started closing tables at about 1 this morning, which for a sunday is really freaking unusual. hope all that went had a good weekend.
