haha, me and krish were belting out some mad flames. awesome. f**kin stoked with how my car performed today, everything felt a bit alien in the start, new alignment settings all over the place, and working brakes (ha!), so i was a bit sketchy the first couple sessions. but yeah, smashed out a 1:27 dead. i lost my shit when i saw that, fist out the window and everything. its a shame ill be advertising her for sale in the next couple days. bit more power and theres a 25 in there somewhere. and thanks to ruby for a couple pointers for tackling turn 1. and a big congratulations to munro for cracking into the 12's! f**king incredible effort mate!

60 litres of spare fuel, a couple bottles of octane booster, 3 litres of oil, 4 litres of demineralised water, a bottle of brake fluid, assorted tools, and some drinks to throw in the bucket. should be enough.

ill be spending a bit of time in jersey, and hopefully at least a month in nyc. but i wont be in the states for 2+ years. got another (minimum) 9 months here, then a minimum 18 months in canada.

lol. youre not wrong. im there basically once a week. a couple sets of wheels, a couple sets of suspension arms, some rod ends, random trinkets, seat rail, all the bodykit, etc etc... i spend way too much there. lol.

this is somewhat problematic. went to fit my braided lines just now, fronts went in without a hitch, but i found a few rather unpleasant surprises out back... drivers side, you cant really see it, but the nut there is completely rounded. passenger side aint much better, its slightly rounded as well. oh joy of joys. im guessing that at some point in the cars history, its needed new rear brake lines, and the "mechanic" that did it was actually a neanderthal and used a hammer and a club to undo to the lines. so i guess ill be spending today hunting down a few new hard lines.
