category 1 (< 15km/h) = 1 point category 2 (15 - 29 km/h) = 3 points* category 3 (30 - 44 km/h) = 4 points category 4 (> 45km/h) = 6 points (and a $564 fine + $30 levy, lol) *same as failure to stop at a red light. ive now been fined for everything but a cat 3. not a great record.

cat 1. still only a single point. 15-24 is when it starts throwing more points.

pretty much. i think the only reason i got away with only the excess speed charge (and not manner dangerous, speed dangerous, court appearances and whatever the f**k else they thought to throw at me) is because they cant 100% prove i was driving, and i rocked up for an interview or whatever as soon as i possibly could. if i hadve waited for a summons, i probably wouldve been raped.

yup. probably being sold. plan has always been to sell it this year. just means im more likely to do it if i cant enjoy it more than once or twice (track days) for 6 months.

so... in 28 days ill be losing my licence. bit of a bummer. but they couldve raped me pretty hard. copping a 6 month suspension and a $600 fine. but considering what they couldve done me for, that isnt too bad.

unless youre lining my palms with $1500, i really couldnt care less for your suggestions and opinions. i can say 'firm' and still get offers under it, so why bother? where as if i set a limit, people know how much leeway they have. and yes, normally id agree that 1300 squid is a completely 'lidgit' (im assuming you mean legit) offer, but now that im throwing in $700 worth of tyres (which i wasnt when i first advertised the wheels), $1300 is an offer that will laughed at.

once again, these are up for sale. got hella interest. but no ones fronted the cash (most promising offer would make most lowballers cringe). work mesh, 17x8 +5 and 17x9 +11. fronts are straight 5x114, rears are multifit 4/5x114. bit of kerbage on them, but you have to be looking pretty close. the worst of them was one of the 9's which had a slight dent in the outer hoop which has recently been repaired. and some of the clearcoat is starting to peel around the hubs, but overall, theyre in pretty rad condition. taking offers around $1500 with tyres, thats 225/45/17 kumho ku36's on the front with plenty of life left in them, and some slightly abused 215/45/17 kumho ku25's on the rears, thats about $700 worth of tyre. offers lower than $1400 will be laughed at, and responded to in kind. contact me (dave) on here or on 0408961657. can send interstate if needed, but id rather not.
