it was a dip with no warning signs that was behind me before i could even say "what the f**k is that." had another look just now. castor brackets are bent, castor bushes are leaking, cooler core has been bent and damaged a little bit, bottom edge of the cooler and the pipe work has been pushed back about half an inch, exhaust is now a smaller diameter than it was, front guards need the lip hammered back up again (tyre has gone up into the guards, caught on the lip and pulled it back down), leading edge of the sump has taken a small hit but looks fine from the front (if not, kts high cap sump kit here i come), but the rear end and the rails look fine. the castor brackets absorbed most of the impact at the front end. but yeah, my fault, even though there were no warnings, if i hadve been paying attention to the road instead of my passenger id be right. shit happens. lol.

ugh. what a morning. bottomed out hard. smashed my intercooler mounts. bent my castor brackets. probably f**ked my exhaust. rails look alright. probably take it down to a chassis joint on tuesday to make sure everything else is fine, then start replacing the bent bits.

*thinks back to hs chem* ehm, naturally occuring soils that form in water heavy conditions, usually contain iron sulphide, benign when undisturbed but as soon as you expose it and it starts oxidising it forms sulphuric acid which in turn can cause the soil to start releasing heavy metals which combines with the sulphuric acid and starts degrading cement and metals... (on top of other environmental effects)? been a few years, im probably a little off the mark. (i only did chem to get a better idea on how to blow stuff up, end up learning a couple things though, lol) ive got a better chance of having a 'one night in paris' sorta deal with megan fox than that does of happening in sa. we already have 1 legal street race in adelaide, cant have more. also not going to happen, namely due to noise constraints, cant build too close or you end up with complaints and then curfews.
