  1. I installed mine off the dash cluster... I'm pretty sure it was a black and green wire ( there is a black and blue one behind there also so make sure u get the green 1)
  2. No don't have either...
  3. Post anywhere at your expence.... And no it's just the dump pipe not a front pipe (as i'll be able to use mine on new system)

  5. yeh, only costs $20 from supercheap can get cheaper but they didn't have small enough bolts to fit factory Harmonic balancer...
  6. If your a hot4's reader, they did an article on this about a year ago... Looked fairly easy.... just sand, prime, paint and finish... (but it all looks easy in a mag) good luck
  7. i don't know what it actually is, but i can tell you it is far,King tight... took me a while to get mine off... make sure u lock ur flywheel before attempting to undo it..
  8. i'd be double checking part numbers... that doesn't sound right, mine cost $130 from tweakit (probably not the cheapest but can't be that far off) get a manual if it's ur first time (can buy a CD version on ebay for like $15) But u just have turn your crank to no.1 TDC then your cams should line up with your 0 degree mark there is one on each cam and i think one on the crank (can't remember)
  9. yeh agree with abo bob Do the water pump and idler pullies EX cam gear if u want one on if you do that do the cam seals ect...
  10. i'd be checking the exhaust manifold studs as they quite often have some snapped ones, and they are alot easier to drill out of your head when you have it out. and oil pump, coz once u get the engine back in it will be a pain in the arse to lift it again to drop the sump and change the oil pump... just some things i can think of... Good luck with the conversion...

  16. ??? When did i say this car is a bad thing... the go Kart remark was saying that it wouldn't drive like a normal car it would be fast and nimble (like a go Kart)
  17. not to shabby if u have $90k US to spend on an electric go kart....
  18. If in doubt pull it out - is what i like to say... For $ 100-130 for a belt and a few hours labour there's no real reason not to if your worried... no idea how you would get accurate k's on the car... there's to many factors to say yeh it's got xxxk's on it...
  19. have you checked your fuses you could have blown 1 when u were playing with the wiring eg. fuel pump....
  20. It shouldn't cost to much... i just did mine myself and it wasn't hard at all... mines a Gates racing belt very nice...
  21. hi, It could... but the best way to fix it is to incoperate your MAF sensor into your intercooling pipes, this way the computer only reads air the engine is getting.... + it looks better than having it on the air filter... Thats the way i'm going
